Our involvement: We negotiated the sale of the remaining site, allowing the landowner to retain the care home and facilitating a subject to planning (STP) disposal to a housebuilder. Stonebond Properties acquired the site under competitive terms, to deliver an allaffordable scheme in partnership with Futures Group. Planning permission was granted towards the end of 2025.
