ABOUT THE PAC
The FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre (PAC) is Niagara’s flagship cultural destination and a powerful driver of arts, tourism, and economic impact in the region. Located in the heart of downtown St. Catharines, this 95,000-square-foot, multi-venue complex features four extraordinary performance spaces: Partridge Hall, Robertson Theatre, Recital Hall, and The Film House, along with the outdoor Mann Raceway Plaza, collectively hosting a dynamic program of concerts, theatre, dance, film, community celebrations, and cultural events, attracting diverse audiences from across Niagara, and beyond.

How We Operate and Why Your Support Matters
As a registered charity, the PAC champions local and regional artists, fuels a vibrant downtown St. Catharines, and delivers accessible cultural experiences that draw audiences from across Niagara and beyond. Earned revenue covers roughly 50% of operations, with City support dedicated to facility maintenance – making corporate sponsors and donors critical partners in sustaining and growing our impact. Thanks to the dedication and generosity of our donors and sponsors, who are driven by the transformative power of the arts to inspire meaningful community change, we have been able to bring rich arts and cultural experiences to the widest possible audience since opening our doors in 2015.
The FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre is located on the shared traditional lands of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabe, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, the Neutral Peoples and many other Indigenous People from across Turtle Island. CURTAIN CALL
Drawing inspiration from Indigenous Wampum belt, the Curtain Call sculptural installation designed by visual artist Lilly Otasevic adorns the eastern wall of the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre. With waves mimicking a theatre curtain, the sculpture also represents diversity, present and past as well as our inter-connectedness. The sculpture conveys the multilayered historical as well as contemporary aspects of the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre site that was a main trade route of the Indigenous people and European settlers.
