These are quick prints made using a grapefruit pressed in black ink. These prints helped to develop my use of physical media and working in a short space of time.

These are drawings both as a final piece and sketchbook work. These helped me to develop my understanding of proportion and interpreting my surroundings.

These are photos taken on a DSLR camera which were edited in Photoshop for a college brief. This work helped me to create imagery in response to a set brief.
This is a poster I made to visualise a custom typeface I had created using Adobe Illustrator(the ‘Garbage’) writing. I compiled the imagery using Adobe Photoshop. Creating this piece helped me to gain knowledge in creating my own type and applying it to a final piece.

These are images I created using a scanner and then manipulated using Adobe Photoshop. By creating these outcomes, I became more familiar with using image manipulation programs to edit imagery captured outside of using a more conventional DSLR camera.

For idea generation towards my college brief, I participated in a local walk to gather imagery of the local area. Doing so has helped me to consider using my environment and primary research to support my work. It has also given me experience in quick, on-the-move photography.

In developing a final visualisation for a brief where I created an album concept, my final design had to go through multiple operations. Doing this helped me to develop working from feedback and working collaboratively using my peers’ ideas.

This piece is the final product of a college-set brief. I created a full album concept based on extensive research. I took photographs to use as elements in putting together the covers and assembled the final outcomes in Adobe Photoshop. This piece developed my research skills as well as pushing me to visualise the work I create in a real-world context.

Using a mix of floral photography and selfportraits, I created these outcomes using Adobe Photoshop by layering the floral imagery over my portraits. Doing this helped me to learn how I can blend different styles of photography to create a single final piece, it also helped to push the boundaries of what I knew how to do with Photoshop.
