**Mighty Magazine # 75 - Definition and Concept Front Page**
The cover concept of this edition of MIGHTY Magazine showcases a heavenly and ethereal scene inspired by Renaissance art. The composition centers on a bride-like figure, surrounded by men dressed in modern suits with angelic wings, symbolizing protectors or attendants. These “guardian angels” appear to lift her, supporting her in a regal manner that evokes a sense of grandeur and elegance. Cherubs hover above, adding a touch of whimsy and romanticism, inspired by classical art. The backdrop of an ornate monument, with sculpted figures and pillars, enhances the scene’s divine and monumental aura, blending classical aesthetics with contemporary fashion. The addition of clouds at the base creates a dreamy, elevated ambiance, as if this moment takes place in a celestial realm.
This visual narrative encapsulates MIGHTY Magazine’s theme of international luxury entertainment, merging historical elements with modern style to create an iconic and timeless front cover. The ethereal setting reflects both elegance and sophistication, inviting readers into a world where fashion meets fantasy.

He takes amazing photos of different kinds of sharks and crocodiles. Along with various models and athletes. I had the pleasure of working with him on one of my earliest shoots. He is very creative and has a pleasant sense of humor. Hands down, one of the best shoots I’ve done. He works with his wife, Kimber, and team to come up with the most ingenious ways to get the shots of a life time.
MM1.-HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN UNDERWATER PHOTOGRAPHY?

KK1.- I started shooting video and images back in the 90s when I wanted to show family and friends the amazing things that I was able to see on scuba diving trips. It was a tough transition back in those days even though I was well versed in photography on land. Adding the complexity of having to make sure all equipment and lighting was water proofed, you also weren’t able to swap out film while underwater which limited you to 36 shots. So, you had to decide whether to take a shot of this or that or maybe hold off for a better shot. Combine that with the fact that light from the strobes takes longer to arrive and doesn’t travel as far due to the density of the water, plus not being able to see the images until you flew home and got them developed, and it was quite a learning curve. Things are much easier nowadays with basically unlimited images available via digital and instant feedback.
MM: 2.- WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO WORK WITH BOTH, SHARKS AND MODELS?
KK: 2.- I’ve always loved sharks since I was around 5 or 6. Saw JAWS and it terrified me couldn’t go ina bathtub or pool without irrational fear. I didn’t like being scared, even then, so I hit the public library and devoured any and all info I could find about sharks. The more I learned, the more I respected and fell in love with them. I try to never turn down an opportunity to share the water with sharks, or really any large predator. It’s an amazing feeling.
Models came about as I looked for ways to refine my craft and practice as much as possible when I wasn’t in the salty environment. I shot a lot of swim teams to work on quickly framing and composing the images that

I wanted to create. My wife Kimber wanted to join in and started bringing dresses and any costume she could think of underwater, and we really just let our imaginations and creativity flow to try and bring our visions to life.
MM 3.- WHICH DO YOU PREFER TO WORK WITH? LOL!
KK 3.- Both sharks and models provide their own challenges . Sharks never talk back or complain about uncomfortable positions or cold water, but they also are terrible at following directions haha. My absolute favorite times are being able to work with both models and animals at the same time!
MM 4.- WHATS THE COOLEST THING YOU EVER PHOTOGRAPHED?
GOT A PIC OF IT?
KK 4.- That is an incredibly hard question to answer. My mind changes daily about favorite shoots, shots and trips. One image that is always at the top and one of my fondest memories ever is the first time that Kimber modeled underwater in the ocean.
She had done a lot in swimming pools, but in a pool when you need air you just stand up or grab the side of the pool. Her first time in the ocean modeling ended up being about 50 feet down, on a shipwreck, with around 30 sharks. She had a dedicated safety diver that we worked with that brought her air and hovered above me as we shot. She would bring air to Kimber at a prearranged signal. We also had a shark wrangler that was moving the bait to different areas of the shipwreck to kind of bring sharks where we wanted for the shots.
The reason that this shoot always sticks in my mind is the fact that it was Kimber’s first time in the ocean doing this and she absolutely Killed It! She is holding her breath, keeping a blurry saltwater filled eye on the

sharks, keeping her dress and hair flowing correctly, keeping her face composed, and in the midst of all that she elegantly strolled up stairs on the shipwreck and just amazed me with the visual. It was incredible.
Have lots of pics and video from it
MM 5.- WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO GET A PIC OF, THAT YOU HAVEN’T YET?
KK 5.- Orcas are at the top of my list... Definitely want to spend time in the water with those beauties.
MM 6.- HAVE YOU EVER HAD AN INCIDENT WITH A SHARK OR EXPERIENCED ANYTHING DANGEROUS IN THE WATER?
KK 6.- When I’m in the water with sharks or other predators, we have bait to attract them, and I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. Over time, I’ve learned how to handle different situations and understand animal behaviors.
For example, tiger sharks will bite almost anything to see what it is, so you have to stay alert and never take your eyes off them. Sometimes a shark might be having a “bad day” or react to the electrical vibes from my camera strobes, and I’ve had my entire rig end up in a shark’s mouth a few times.
My scariest moment was with a crocodile 30 miles off the Yucatan coast, in a remote coral atoll. Unlike sharks, crocs are more aggressive and unpredictable. One croc came at me full speed, mouth open, trying to bite my face! Thankfully, my safety lookouts warned me each time, and although my camera took a beating, it kept working, thanks to its sturdy build. I nicknamed that croc “Crazy Tuco” (from Breaking Bad) because you never knew what it would do!

Thank you Ken, for taking the time to talk to MIGHTY Mag. Looking forward to seeing more of your amazing work.

In this next edition MM75 we will delight in the wonderful art of filming and we will enter the world of cinematography by offering an interview with Philippe Denham.. Two-time Emmy Nominee, Producer, Director, Actor, Showrunner, Writer and Development Head.

by Donna McGinn

“ Philippe is known for; Expeditions to the Edge, Sky Kids, Moms of Monterey, Where the Red Fern Grows, and the indie Urbania. As for documentaries: Whale Wars, Billy the Kid: New Evidence, Curse of Civil War Gold, and more. He works with film and television, and has filmed on all continents.
1.- MM: What is the most thrilling thing you’ve done as a maker of documentaries and film production?
1.- PD: As a documentary filmmaker, you get a lot of thrills. One was antagonizing the Japanese whalers to the point where they left Antarctica and headed back to Tokyo saving over 1000 Minke Whales. Another thrill, was working with the Shoshone Tribe during a feature I was producing called, Wind River. They insisted on coming to Utah from Wyoming, and living in their teepees. They were extremely open and informative. And, it gave me a rare insight into Native Law.
2.-MM: What’s the scariest thing that happened while working on assignment?
2.- PD: There have been many scary moments, like... almost being runover by a flaming car when a stunt went wrong.
But, the scariest by far was when I was producing an anti-Taliban narrative film in war time Kabul. Afghanistan was leading towards an election that the Taliban didn’t want to take place. Hotels were not safe enough. So my crew and I were staying in a guest house, which was supposedly bomb proof. We went to location early in the morning. But our production designer stayed behind.
The Taliban attacked the guest house because many UN election observers where staying there as well. When the production designer, who was a friend, called frantic asking for me to come back for him, I could hear the AK 47’s firing in the background.
I took one of our two arms guards and we started to drive back to get him. Suddenly, we hit a check point. I knew there was little chance to make it out alive, because word got out to the Taliban that we were making a movie critical of them.
Just as we had to slow down to give documentation at the check point, the production designer called to say that he thought he was safe. My driver quickly spun a 180. But the suspicious Taliban took position to fire.
I ducked down behind the seat as there was moments of chaos until we turned the corner to relative safety.
I felt that my life was 10 seconds from being over.
I’m deeply indebted to my security/ driver, who I called Rambo. He didnt speak a word of English, but our bond was palpable.
3.-MM: What do you think is your most accomplished work?
3.- PD: I took on a 2 hour documentary for National Geographic. It was about a man who bought a “tin type” photograph for $2.
As he researched the image he discovered that it was Billy the Kid and the gang, The Regulators.
Even though he proved that it was Billy, no western memorabilia experts would authenticate the photograph.
We later revealed that it was because the billionaire Bill Koch had purchased what he thought was the only phot of Billy the Kid for 2 million dollars a few years before, and was guaranteed that there was no other photograph. The authenticators didn’t want to disappoint Koch, so they wouldn’t ahthenticate the new picture.
Once we outed them, they finally had
to authenticate it with a market value of 5 million dollars. Kevin Costner got very interested in the project and came on board as an Executive Producer. I directed him in the voice over sessions for that documentary. In a very small way, it changed that part of American History.
4.-MM: What got you started in all this?
4.- PD: Growing up in NYC, and I was always a “studier” of people. People, and the psychology behind them. It is still my inspiration. Because of this fascination, I studied acting. Then transitioned to real stories, and real people through documentary series.
5.-MM: Which part of you career do you like the most?
5.-PD: It’s very difficult to choose a period of my career that was most rewarding. But certainly, documenting the protection of the ocean, through direct action against whalers from Japan, The Faroese, and one operation in Iceland, feels especially rewarding. Who doesn’t want to protect these sensitive, sentient mammals that are the largest living animals on earth. It’s like protecting the modern dinosaurs.

A simple definition: Artificial Intelligence is a field of computer science that develops programs capable of emulating processes characteristic of human intelligence. In other words, machines can analyze the environment and take specific actions with varying degrees of autonomy in order to achieve complete goals or objectives. In the artificial intelligence exist various image generations engines have been developed, wich create imagenes or videos based in detailed descriptions. This technology has become a valuable tool for the Fashion Industry.

For example, brands like Levi´s or Desigual have started creating advertising campaings and collections whose starting point is content generated by Artificial intelligence. However, Artificial Intelligence in Fashion Industry is not limited to just creating imágenes for adevertising campaings or colecctions, in 2023 the first Artificial Intelligence Fashion Week in the history took place, the event targeting for emerging Design-
ers and diverse creative professions like Photographers or ilustrators. This event was sponsored by fashion brans such a Revolve, where part of the prize was the winning artificial desings would be manufacturated in the real world and sold a collection in the oficial store of Revolve. The integration of Artificial Intelligence into a daily life gave a rise to various fears among people, one of them is that artificial intelligence could replace jobs such
as photographers, ilustrators, designers and other creative professions. While the ethical and legal implications of using artificial intelligence have not been fully addressed, efforts to regulate them are underway. Remember that Artificial Intelligence, despite its long existence, is still new to the general public, and it still requires a regulatory framework, similar to what other technologies have gone through historically.

MIGHTY Magazine transports you to Egypt, where elegance meets history in a photo shoot celebrating the timeless allure of this storied land. Featuring captivating model Rania Ayouniss, this collection captures the spirit of an Egyptian queen against the backdrop of the grandeur of the Great Pyramids of Giza.

The last remaining of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world, the great pyramids of Giza, are perhaps the most famous and discussed structures in history. These massive monuments were unsurpassed in height for thousands of years after their construction and continue to amaze and enthrall us with their overwhelming mass and seemingly impossible perfection. Their exacting orientation and mind-boggling construction has elicited many theories about their origins, including unsupported suggestions that they had extra-terrestrial impetus. However, by examining the several hundred years prior to their emergence on the Giza plateau, it becomes clear that these incredible structures were the result of many experiments, some more successful than others, and represent an apogee in line with the development of the royal mortuary complex.

With a rich history honoring the beauty and power of women, Egypt provides the perfect setting for Rania to show off flowing, aurora-inspired gowns that rise in the desert breeze. Each shot blends her exotic beauty with the ancient landscape, adding depth, sensuality, and sophistication to every page. Her graceful presence embodies the strength and charm of a queen, making this an unforgettable tribute to the enduring elegance of Egyptian femininity.
This visual masterpiece is more than just a photo shoot – it is an invitation to experience a sense of timeless beauty inspired by both Egypt’s legendary past and modern elegance.

“As we look to the future, the automotive industry continues to inspire with groundbreaking advancements in technology and sustainability. Electric vehicles, autonomous driving, and smart connectivity are just a few of the ways cars are evolving to meet the demands of a changing world.”
They are more than just machines that transport us from point A to point B; they are symbols of freedom, aspiration, and the pursuit of excellence. As we embark on a journey through the world of automotive artistry, let us explore how cars transcend their mechanical purpose to inspire dreams and shape our lives.
Cars embody the essence of freedom. The simple act of turning the ignition key and feeling the engine roar to life can ignite a sense of limitless possibility. From the iconic road trips across the American Midwest to the winding mountain roads of the Swiss Alps, cars offer the freedom to explore new horizons and create unforgettable experiences.
The allure of the open road, with its promise of adventure and discovery, powerfully reminds us of the vastness of the world and the endless opportunities that await. Whether it’s a
vintage convertible cruising along the coast or a state-of-the-art electric vehicle gliding silently through the city, each car has the potential to transform an ordinary journey into an extraordinary experience.
Car design is a form of art that marries aesthetics with engineering. Each curve, line, and detail is meticulously crafted to create a harmonious blend of beauty and functionality. From the sleek lines of a Ferrari to the rugged charm of a Land Rover, every car design tells a story and evokes emotion.
The innovation behind car design often leads to breakthroughs that extend beyond the automotive industry. Technologies developed for cars, such as advanced safety features and fuel-efficient engines, frequently pave the way for advancements in other fields. In this way, cars not only inspire through their design but also drive progress and shape the future.

For many, cars represent the dream of speed and performance. The thrill of acceleration, the precision of handling, and the exhilaration of highspeed driving are experiences that capture our imagination and inspire us to reach for the extraordinary.
High-performance vehicles, from classic muscle cars to cutting-edge supercars, embody the pinnacle of engineering and craftsmanship. They challenge us to push the boundaries of what is possible and remind us of the importance of striving for greatness in every aspect of life.
The impact of cars extends far beyond the realm of transportation. They have influenced popular culture, inspired art, and become icons of social change. Movies, music, and literature often celebrate the car as a symbol of freedom, rebellion, and innovation.

Turning 90 years old with a fashion empire Giorgio Armani has cemented his status as a legendary designer fearless entrepreneur, and dedicated philanthropist—leaving an impressive legacy.
Born on July 11, 1934 in Piacenza Italy
Giorgio Armani Raimondi’s childhood was shaped by the challenges of World War II, which prompted his family to flee their hometown for a nearby Italian village.

Written by Alejandra St – Story Time Fashion Edition For MIGHTY Magazine.

In his youth, Giorgio developed a passion for photography, though it remained a hobby. He secured a scholarship to study medicine at the University of Milan but interrupted his studies to serve in the military at just 23 years old.
After his military service, in 1961, Giorgio began working as a window display designer and salesman at La Rinascente, Italy’s renowned luxury department store. It was here that Giorgio discovered his passion for fashion and subsequently joined Nino Cerruti’s atelier as a designer. During his time at Nino Cerruti, Giorgio honed his craft, leading him to design and tailor a jacket. Following this stint, he ventured out on his own, establishing the esteemed Armani label in the 1970s.
Armani is the sole shareholder of Giorgio Armani S.p.A, making it one of the few leading Italian brands to remain independent from international investment vehicles, overseeing a retail distribution chain of over 500 standalone stores around the world. The celebrated designer has been awarded a slew of industry accolades throughout his career, including the Award for Best International Designer Lifetime Achievement Award for menswear and for art and fashion from the CFDA and a Rodeo Drive “Walk of Style” Award. Prior to his career in design, Mr Armani initially pursued a career in medicine, undertaking a graduate degree within the department of medicine at the University of Milan, leaving in 1953, before completing his degree, to join the Italian army. Placed in an infirmary in Verona, Armani began to look for a different career path and soon after secured a position as a window dresser for La Rinascente, a prominent department store in Milan. The budding designer went on to serve as a sales associate within the menswear department and in the early 1960s secured a menswear design role at Nino Cerruti.
Giorgio Armani’s awards during his career In 1982.
Armani graced the cover of Time magazine, the first designer to receive that honor since Christian Dior. Other awards that Armani has won during his long and illustrious career include:

What is Emporio Armani? What is the difference between Giorgio Armani and Emporio Armani?
What are the three levels of Armani?
The different levels of Armani are Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani and Armani Exchange. Giorgio Armani is the Italian luxury fashion house’s high-end line of suits, eyewear and accessories. Armani also offers custom pieces under the Giorgio Armani label.
Is Emporio Armani a Luxury Brand?
Buying anything from Emporio Armani shouldn’t make you feel inferior or lower your self-esteem. Though not as pricey as the Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani is equally a luxury brand. And being the bridge brand line between the high-end and cheapest line – Armani Exchange, Emporio Armani is designed to appeal to young professionals looking for contemporary designs.
If you believe in Italian craftsmanship perfection in designing apparel, you should believe Emporio Armani is of the highest quality and unique in style. The sophisticated aesthetic look and feel of the Armani fabric portray the perception of a luxury brand designed for the high-end.
Comparing the pricing between the three levels of Armani, Emporio Armani is at the immediate entry level of the luxury category. In all features, Emporio stands out as an Italian designer label for the elite.

“Giorgio Armani – building a multi-billion dollar empire through luxury items”
The Armani label has grown into a multi-billion dollar empire. It includes brands for men’s and women’s wear (Emporio Armani), jeans (Armani Jeans), underwear and swimwear, accessories, fragrances, skiwear, and eyeglasses (Giorgio Armani Occhiali), and more. Giorgio Armani, himself can sum up his design philosophy, which has proven to be so successful, best, “I design for real people. I think of our customers all the time. There is no virtue whatsoever in creating clothing or accessories or clothing that is not practical.”

The difference between style and fashion is quality.

In an era where personal expression and lifestyle are paramount, the worlds of luxury fashion and real estate have begun to intertwine in fascinating ways. The convergence of luxury fashion brands and luxury real estate is a trend that has been gaining momentum in recent years, resulting in awe-inspiring collaborations that redefine the very essence of opulence. This article delves into the intricacies of this phenomenon, exploring the reasons behind this convergence, its impact on both industries, and some noteworthy examples of fashion-forward residences.
The Intersection of Aesthetics
Luxury fashion and real estate share a common thread: they both cater to an elite clientele that seeks not just functionality, but an experience that resonates with their values and aspirations. This shared focus on aesthetics, quality, and exclusivity has paved the way for a natural alliance between these industries. High-end fashion brands are now extending their design prowess beyond clothing and accessories to craft homes that reflect their signature styles.
Why the Convergence?
Branding and Prestige: For luxury fashion brands, venturing into real estate allows them to expand their brand presence into a new realm, reinforcing their exclusivity and prestige.
Diversification: Amid evolving market dynamics, diversification is key. Luxury fashion brands are leveraging their expertise in design and aesthetics to create homes that stand out in a crowded real estate market.
Consumer Overlap: Many luxury fashion consumers are also interested in high-end real estate, making this a logical convergence that caters to their comprehensive lifestyle aspirations.
Storytelling: Both industries thrive on storytelling. Collaborative real estate projects provide an opportunity to tell a compelling narrative that resonates with consumers, enhancing the emotional connection to the brand.
The luxury fashion industry has historically been synonymous with haute couture and ready-to-wear collections. However, the foray into luxury real estate offers several advantages:
Extended Brand Immersion: Real estate projects provide a 360-degree brand immersion for consumers, allowing them to live and breathe the brand’s essence.
Diversified Revenue Streams: Beyond clothing and accessories, real estate ventures offer diversified income streams, helping brands navigate market fluctuations.
Unique Marketing Angle: Collaborative real estate projects generate buzz and media attention, offering a novel marketing angle that stands out in a competitive landscape.
Impact on Luxury Real Estate
The luxury real estate sector, on the other hand, is embracing the infusion of fashion sensibilities:
Design Excellence: Fashion brands bring their design expertise to the architectural realm, resulting in homes that exude sophistication and unparalleled design excellence.
Enhanced Exclusivity: Collaborations add an extra layer of exclusivity, appealing to ultra-high-net-worth individuals who desire residences that are not only lavish but also distinctive.
Innovative Amenities: Fashion brands often introduce innovative amenities that cater to modern lifestyles, creating homes that are not only beautiful but also functional.
Armani Casa: The Armani brand expanded into interior design with Armani Casa, translating its minimalist yet luxurious style into residences, hotels, and resorts globally.
Fendi Château Residences: Fendi’s collaboration with Château Group resulted in a waterfront luxury condominium in Miami that features Fendi-designed interiors and a host of exclusive amenities.
Louis Vuitton Island Maison: This Singapore-based architectural marvel combines the elegance of a Louis Vuitton store with the functionality of an island residence, catering to the most discerning clientele.
The convergence of luxury fashion brands and luxury real estate is poised to continue its upward trajectory. As consumers seek experiences that seamlessly integrate their tastes and preferences, collaborations between these industries will only become more refined and sophisticated. The blending of fashion and architecture is not just a trend but a reflection of a dynamic luxury landscape that constantly evolves to meet the desires of the elite.
