Guidance also available on IB Results Firefly Page: https://fettes.fireflycloud.net/ib-diplomaprogramme/ib-administration-students/ib-results RESULTS DAY PROCEDURE Accessing your results • You will be able to access your results via https://candidates.ibo.org/ at 13:45 (GMT)/14:45 (BST) on 6th July. Mozilla Firefox is the suggested browser for this. • The IB produces a helpful Results Guide for candidates. This can be found when you login to the IB Candidates webpage. • Make sure you have your personal code and your unique personal identification number (PIN) at hand (emailed to you by Ms Gueganton). These are the same log-in details you used to upload your coursework. Enter your details manually as they are case-sensitive. • Component grades detailing your marks by paper as well as coursework mark(s) are available from 13:00 on 7th July. These will be emailed to you by Ms Gueganton. • Grade boundaries will be available from 13:00 on 7th July. These will be put onto the IB Results Firefly Page (linked above). Re-mark requests Before asking for a re-mark, otherwise known as an Enquiry Upon Results (EUR), please wait until: 1. The component grades (including coursework grades (IAs)) and grade boundaries are published at 13:00 (BST) on 7th July as any Enquiry Upon Results (EUR) must be informed by the component grade data; and 2. You have spoken to the Head of Department of the subject in question, or Ms Gueganton if related to ToK or the EE. Be aware that your grade could go up, down or remain the same. •

You can request a re-mark of any externally assessed materials for a subject. If you do this, all the written examination papers as well as any externally assessed IAs (coursework) are re-marked. You cannot ask for only specific papers/coursework to be re-marked. You can request a re-mark of the Extended Essay and ToK Essay. Internally assessed work cannot be challenged on an individual basis.
