DECEMBER 2025 MARKET SUMMARY

Closings of single-family homes in Reno totaled 268 in December of 2025; an increase of 27.6% from November of 2025 and an increase of 10.7% from December of 2024.

The December median sales price in Reno for a single-family home landed at $685,423 – up 2.9% from the previous month and up 5.8% from December of 2024. All sales numbers are based on existing “stick built, single-family dwellings” only and do not include condominiums, townhomes, manufactured, modular, or new construction homes.

The existing condo/townhome median sales price in December of 2025 was $385,000 in Reno, increasing 3.8% from December of 2024.

Closings of existing single-family homes in Sparks totaled 138 in December of 2025; an increase of 19% from November of 2025 and an increase of 30.2% from December of 2024.

The December median sales price in Sparks for a single-family home landed at $525,000 – down 4.4% from the previous month and down 4% from December of 2024. All sales numbers are based on existing “stick built, single-family dwellings” only and do not include condominiums, townhomes, manufactured, modular, or new construction homes.

The existing condo/townhome median sales price in December of 2025 was $300,000 in Sparks, decreasing 30.3% from December of 2024.
