Our quarterly Safe Driver Incentive Program is designed to recognize and reward the safest, most dependable drivers in every department. Driving records are evaluated based on attentive driving, number of speeding notifications, harsh braking incidents, and more.

Employee Recipe Spotlight In each newsletter we are going to feature a recipe that has been randomly selected from someone in our Ferran Family. If you would like to submit a recipe, please email cmartinez@ferran-services.com Banana Pudding by: Brittany Ramer Ingredients: Cook to serve Pudding Box (Vanilla) Bananas Cool Whip Mixture Nilla Wafer Cookies 1 block of Cream Cheese 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tub Cool whip 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk 1) Mix cream cheese, Vanilla Extract, Cool whip, and sweetened condensed milk 2) Cook the box of Vanilla pudding (follow box instructions) 3) Thinly slice the banana’s 4) Layer in a 9x13 glass pan. Start with Cookies – Pudding- Bananas- Pudding Keep layering until you are out of ingredients. Let sit and cool/ Top with cool whip mixture. 6

While here, he also identified an issue with cut off valve and recommended getting that replaced at my convenience and suggested I contact the office regarding plumbing maintenance contract, which I have done and put in place. My primary reason to use Ferran is for the quality of the workmanship. Michael H. delivered superior plumbing craftsmanship and workmanship for our Guest Bathroom renovation in 2019. We understand Michael was promoted since we last used his services and is no longer in the field. I spoke to Michael recently who remembered me and our bathroom renovation project. Knowing how “hands on” and meticulous I can be, he recommended we use Andrew C. to do our plumbing work. We had some straight forward plumbing work that needed to be done and Andrew met all of our expectations. The scope included replacement of plumbing components that were not working properly including a toilet float valve, leaking faucet valve, sink drain and stopper. Andrew was very courteous and professional, and offered sound plumbing advice to questions I had regarding sanitary drain options that would likely be encountered with the conversion of our Hall Bathroom bathtub to a shower. The water heater in my garage is so much neater than the old one. He also cleaned up after he was finished, I have to admit, cleaner than it was before.
