In Loving Memory
It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Jim Flaherty, our Construction Division Manager in Port Orange Jim worked for Ferran for over 35 years leaving a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of working alongside him Jim was a mentor, a leader, and a source of dedication, tradition, and kindness. For those that knew Jim well, would know he was also quite the jokester. Jim's contribution to Ferran will never be forgotten, and his presence will be deeply missed.

After 38 incredible years of dedication, hard work, loyalty, and laughs we are both proud and bittersweet to announce the retirement of Pamela Stone. Pam held the position of our Human Resources Manager for 32+ years.
On 12/9 we had a celebratory Retirement Luncheon for Pam to reminisce on well-deserved the good memories. Pam has been an invaluable part of Ferran Services & Contracting. We are so excited for this next chapter in Pam’s life and wishing her a happy, healthy, and well-deserved retirement.

Cristian Saavedra 2394 successfully passed his Electrical Journeyman's exam, and is now a licensed electrician.
Cade D'arcy 3328 received his EPA certification and Indoor Air Quality Certification.

• Mr. Robert Cerosky called to say Mauricio Ospina 2349 did an outstanding job and will recommend Ferran for any electrical work.

• Barbara Willson, an RM Customer, called to let us know that Joel Celestin 2335 was very courteous, positive, and very professional on the work he did.

• Anonymous customer called in to say Pierre Luxcien 2820 and Yunior Vazquez 2872's service was spot on! They were on time, worked well, cleaned up everything, and were a good representative of Ferran.
• Juan Quispe called in to let us know how amazing Terrance Tillman 3516 was and how much he appreciated his hard work, dedication, and honesty. He said that moving forward her will only be calling Ferran for any services he needs.
• Jerry Rullo Called in to say Chris Kelley 4545 was excellent, and a great representative of the company. He was right on time, very knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. "If this is a representation of what your technicians are like, will make sure to call Ferran for any future needs.“
• Louie Gerow: 'I want to thank you for the quick service I received when my Trane heater stopped working on January 25, the coldest night of the year. It was a brutal night! Most importantly, I am so grateful that you sent Paul Makransky 3562 to determine the problem and do the repairs. At a time when it is not easy to find good, qualified help, or finding people who even want to work, you are very fortunate to have Paul. He works hard and stays with the job until the problem is corrected. He is knowledgeable, courteous and all else that makes him an exceptional and valued employee. I hope I don't have further problems with my AC/Heat system but, if I do, I want him to do the work. Please give my thanks to Paul for a job well done! Wishing everyone a happy and blessed new year.“
• David: "I wanted to take a moment to recognize Erik Benitez 3508 for his exceptional service during his visit to our home yesterday for a repair. He was prompt, professional, and thoroughly focused on resolving the HVAC issue. On top of that, he was great with our dogs, which is always a huge hit in our household! If the dogs approve, it’s a green light. This is the second time Erik has been to our home, and I can confidently say that I will always request him whenever possible. His expertise, professionalism, and personable approach make him a true asset to Ferran Services. I just wanted to share my appreciation and let you know how much his work is valued.
• Lesta Lohman: "A week ago today, Ferran replaced our 30+ year old Rheem AC/Heathpump (placed by Ferran) with a new Carrier System. The installation went smoothly. The technicians performed their task well and your Mr. Kemper Burnett 1341 did us a great favor. My wife and I would like to let you know that your Mr. Kemper Burnett deserves a "Great Pat" on the back.
• Mark Bramham called in to make sure to compliment Tyler Melchiorre 3607 for his service. He was very friendly, answered all their questions, and they felt very taken care of.
• Ms. McNeill called in to say Ryan Palmer 2358 did a great job and was a pleasure to have in her home.
• Matilla Gross called in giving Fanel Lorient 2362 the upmost praise for being on time, the quality of his work, and his impressive customer service skills.
• Cassandra Snap called to say that Gabriel Cerna 3594 arrived right on time, and she was very pleased with how efficient and quick he was.
• Gerald Patterson called to say that Jonathan Killian 2387 did a great job, and he is very pleased with his performance.

Above all, they sent Paul Makransky, and he was exceptional! He worked hard, seemed to know the problems and stayed here until he was sure everything worked. One part had to be ordered. He did that and finished the job in a few days, quickly and efficiently. The heat is working great, thanks to him. If I have another problem, I will want Paul.
