End of Summer Celebrations!
As we closed out another great summer, we wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who joined us for our End of Summer Celebration. It was the perfect way to wrap up another busy season! This year, we brought the festivities to the office by inviting a delicious food truck to each of the offices. Events like this always remind us how special our team is.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month has always been important to Ferran. Every October, our giant pink ribbon proudly hangs on the front of our building. This year, we also introduced “On Wednesdays, we wear pink!”

We are especially proud to highlight one of our own, Reka Johnson, a breast cancer survivor whose courage continues to inspire us all. This year, Reka completed a 5K in celebration of her continued health and in honor of those still fighting.
2025 Thanksgiving Luncheon!
Our Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon was a wonderful success! This special tradition is made even better thanks to the delicious homemade dishes provided by our very own employees as well as the smoked meats prepared by Ben Dahl alongside the Construction Dept. We are so grateful for our amazing team.

Tying The Knot! Please join us in congratulating Josh Marmetschke and his wife Arielle for officially tying the knot on November 9th, 2025 in the beautiful Florida Keys.

Giving Back In A Big Way We are incredibly proud to share that this year our company participated in Toys for Tots in a truly record-breaking way. We donated 372 bikes—the largest Toys for Tots contribution our company has ever made. This milestone reflects not only growth in numbers, but growth in heart. Each bike represents a child who will experience a brighter holiday season because of what we accomplished together. Thank you to everyone who contributed, helped organize, spread the word, or supported this initiative in any way, and a major thank you to Jarelys Ali 1836 for managing this project. You helped turn generosity into action.
New Warehouse
SAFETY UPDATES
We opened the doors to our new Warehouse on October 20th, 2025! Our Warehouse crew did a great job getting it up and running.
Our quarterly Safe Driver Incentive Program is designed to recognize and reward the safest, most dependable drivers in every department. Driving records are evaluated based on attentive driving, amount of speeding notifications, harsh braking incidents, and more.

Employee Recipe Spotlight
In each newsletter we are going to feature a recipe that has been randomly selected from someone in our Ferran Family. If you would like to submit a recipe please email cmartinez@ferran-services.com In honor of the upcoming holidays we have decided to do two recipes for this quarter’s newsletter! Recipe #1 Coquito by Maria Cepeda and Juan Rodriguez “Coquito is a traditional Christmas drink that originated in Puerto RicoThe coconut based beverage tastes similar to eggnog and is sometimes referred to as Puerto Rican Eggnog” - Maria Ingredients: • 1 Can Cream of Coconut • 1 Can Coconut Milk • 1 Can Evaporated Milk • 1 Can Condensed Milk • Cinnamon to Taste • Vanilla to taste • Puerto Rican White Rum (Bacardi, Don Q) Directions: Place ingredients into a blender, blend until well mixed. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate until cold. Serve in small glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon!
Recipe #2: Texas Tornado Cake by Brittney McDermott (But really Grandma Owens) Ingredients: Coconut Icing: • 1 ½ Cup Granulated Sugar • ½ Cup Unsalted Butter • 2 Large Eggs • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut • 2 Cups Flour • ¾ Cup Brown Sugar • 1 Cup Walnuts • 2 Cups Fruit Cocktail (Don’t drain) • ½ Cup Evaporated Milk • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda • ¼ Cup Light Brown Sugar Directions: Cake: 1) Mix sugar, eggs, fruit cocktail, baking soda, and flour. 2) Grease 9x13 baking dish and pour mixed ingredients. 3) Combine brown sugar and nuts pour over the batter. Do not mix. Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.

Icing: Combine all the ingredients and boil for 2 minutes. Spoon over cake while it is still hot. Let cool and serve.
Office Upgrades! We are so excited to share that our office has received a refresh! Over the past few weeks we have updated our space with brand new carpet and furniture to create a more comfortable and functional space for our team. These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to investing in our workplace and supporting our employees. Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen!
On 10/2 we received an email from Keri S.: “Hi David, I just wanted to circle back with you and say Thank You!! You made the entire process of AC and insulation installation so easy. The techs were Nicolas Godwin 3314, Jose Mendez 3395, and Kenniel Santana 3310 and were all amazing! They did a great job and explained everything as they went along. They even helped me set up the Wifi on the thermostat and app on my phone. I feel that goes above and beyond. It was really an exceptional experience.
I really don't have enough time to sing your and their praises. Our power bills have reduced about $300 per month so the work you and your team did has had a dramatic impact and we are truly thankful. Please send this to your and the tech's leaders - you all deserve all the praise in the world. Let me know if there is any other information you need :)” On 10/7 we received an email from Julie from Sonesta complimenting our install team on the great job they did. On 10/8 Jean R. called in to say that she was very happy with the AC service she received from Jose Rodriguez Sr. 3613. On 10/9 Gary B. called to say that Lynn Revels 2306 and David Weldon 2395 did a great job. He said that the exact right people came to his house and they were very professional. On 10/13 Valerie L. left us a review for Austin Love 4543 saying “I just want to say that my technician Austin Love was WONDERFUL!!!!! He diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me perfect advice! He is top notch!!
On 10/13 Marilyn H. said John Hernandez 4583 and Rafael Rivera 4512 did a great job fixing my exterior water leak. They are gentlemen and treated me very respectfully.

Kyle Gomez 3501, Tyler Melchiorre 3607, Terry Dowling 1740, Melisa Lovelace 1742, just to name a few were professional, courteous, knowledgeable in their field, and have provided excellent service! Please route this email to t heir Management!” On 10/14 Emily B. left us a review saying “Richard Varnum 4520 was on time and did an excellent job of replacing the part that fixed that fixed the leaking. He left everything in perfect condition. I've been using Ferran for several years and have had excellent s ervice each time. Thank you so much!” On 10/14 Judi S. said Erik Benitez 3508 was very friendly, professional, and did a great job.” On 10/13 Carmen L said Alejandro Benitez 3568 was very respectful, attentive, and responded to all of her questions with no hesitation. On 10/16 Andrew L. called to say Wesner Gedeon 2347 and Warren Owens 2397 were excellent! On 10/19 Angie K left a review for Ben Rindfleisch 4735 saying he was fabulous and even though he worked a long full day he still kept their Appt which ended up being after 7pm. She said they truly appreciated his efforts!
On 10/19 Glen H left us a message saying “I appreciated Wesley Michael 4594 coming to my house to look over the things I wanted to have done, and suggested a few things I should have the county water dept address. He was correct in his assessment. I’ve always had great experiences with your staff. Really nice to know I can count on the professionalism of your employees. I haven’t been l et down yet. On 10/20 Bob Barnes left us a review saying “Technician Justin Marsan 2324 was superb. I had requested Tina to schedule by name electrician Lynn Revels, so I was disappointed when Justin showed up instead of Lynn who initiated the project a couple weeks prior. But Justin quickly won me over with his courtesy, attitude, professionalism, and skill, and he went above and beyond in completing all aspects of the project. On 10/21 Fred T. gave a shoutout to Sophia Dimeglio 1762 in Plumbing Dispatch for getting a plumber out to him quickly even though we had a busy schedule!
On 10/29 Steve D left a review saying “Grant Gengler 1236 was a pleasure to work with from start to finish in this process. Grant was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional, the installation crew were equally noteworthy. We had a very good experience wit h Ferran. On 11/5 Mercedes F. called to say that Ramsys Rodriguez 3560 and Jose Rodriguez Leon 3584 were excellent, fantastic, cordial, and very personable.
On 11/7 Chris D left us a review saying “We were so satisfied with Rafael Rivera 4512 service and professionalism that we called the plumbing manager to express our satisfaction! We will ask for Rafael on any future plumbing repairs! Thanks” On 11/7 Al K said they received excellent service from Eric Weller 3581!

If you need and expect excellence in performance of services in these key areas of home operation, look no further than the folks at Ferran. I rarely do reviews for services, but I recently experienced a rash of multiple plumbing and associated events needing quick and comprehensive services. Ferran more than met the challenge for which I gratefully sha re this recommendation with you.”

( Terry Dowling 1740, Kendall Wilson 1734, and Melisa Lovelace 1742) who are always at the ready to kindly, quickly and effectively take care of our HVAC needs! Also just wanted to let you know what a great job Angel Oliveras 3527 did, performing our 2 nd RM check. He arrived early, completed a thorough check, reported his findings and was very professional and pleasant throughout- truly a find representative of your company’s commitment and reputation for delivering the best service. On 11/13 Edwin R said “Kyle Gomez 3501 was very thorough about making sure he identified the right issue. Once the issue was identified it was explained to me in a way that it was Quite clear that there needed to be a fix to the unit.
Mike Harvey 1430 received a handwritten letter on 11/17 from Nicole H. saying “Dear Michael, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding plumbing work you and your colleagues performed on my condo. I understand it was a challenging job, but your collective experience, knowledge, and professionalism made it appear effortless. I regret that I am unable to thank you in person at this time, but I am confident our paths will cross again in the future.” On 11/14 Jim M. Left a comment saying that Jesse Gonzalez 4712was very helpful, and offered suggestions/tips on how to avoid any future water issues.”
On 11/21 Brian M. left us a comment for our install and Duct & Insulation Departments saying: “The a/c install was super smoo th. Workman were very quick and professional with the install. Left both inside and outside looking like nothing had happened. Today, had another crew out to do duct sealing and insulation. Again, very quick and quiet. They were even early, which was great.” On 12/8 we received a comment from Gary M. For Ben Aldrich 4576“Technician was excellent and I am inside sales manager at Hughes Supply Orlando so very familiar with Ferran” On 11/20 we received a message from Chris G. saying “Roberto Fuentes 3564 did an excellent job. The drain line was super clogged and he went the extra mile to correct the issue. Roberto was very knowledgeable and explained proper maintenance of my carrier syste m. I would highly recommend Roberto to anyone.” On 11/25 Roberta B. called to say that Alejandro Benitez Brochero 3568 was very nice and thorough. On 11/26 We received kudos for Jonathan Killian 2387 from customer John P. “Kelly, please allow to express my deepest appreciation to Jonathan Killian my service tec. for his patience and educational services he provides me with every time he services my gene rator. His professionalism and kindness allow him to deal with everyday people like me each and every day. Please be aware that you have a true gentleman and a very skilled individual who loves his job. He is a true asset to Ferran. Well done, Jonathan! We received a call on 11/28 giving praise to Jonathan Martinez 3574 saying she was very happy with the service and that he was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all her questions.
On 12/2 Jeff N. left us a review saying “David Bordelon 1343 wowed me! Big time. Ferran was the 5th HVAC company to visit our home, and David was the 5th salesperson. He is far and away superior to anyone else. His demeanor, presentation, professionalism, and k nowledge had me sign the contract on the spot, in our garage, next to the original 33-year old Carrier unit Ferran replaced. Then there's the install crew on October 3, 2025. OMGosh! We got lucky and had two crews here for whatever scheduling reason. Pedro Rojas 3370, Frank Sotolongo 3327, Omar Melendez 3318 , Jose Mendez 3395, and brand new Ferran employee Cristian Torres 3335. It felt like we had hit the Ferran lottery. Office staff: Kristen Harvey 1763, and a few others I can't recall. Everyone was everything I hoped for in starting our new long-term relationship with you (Ferran).So grateful for all of it. Jean Guerra 2834 who did the estimate and showed me videos of the problem and explained what needed to be done and Pierre Luxcien 2820 and his helper who did the actual repairs. They all were excellent representatives for Ferran! On 12/8 we received a review from Edward T. for Javier Prieto 3551 and Jose Rodriguez Leon 3584 “First impression was Excellent. It's the reason I requested services again when I had encountered another issue. The technician explained the issue and also answered any questions I had in layman terms. First company that provided me top notch service.” On 12/8 Randy and Galli W. left a review for Andrew Chiles 4575 “The best part of your company is your Plumber Andrew. He is fantastic and the best at what he does. I will always request him.”

On 12/8 Donna Powell left us a great review “I requested technician Eddie Caldero 4524, to install a new Kohler toilet in my home. I wanted one of Ferran's best technicians to do the work/installation, and once again I wasn't disappointed. Eddie is courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable in his field.” On 12/8 Wesner Gedeon 2347 got a great review from Kim K. “The electrician did a great job. Great guy!” On 12/15 there was a great review for our Plumbing Department “Right from the initial inquiry to the completed installation of our hybrid water heater, it was a very positive experience. Corey Norris got back to me within an hour of my initial email inquiry and followed up with clear answers to my follow-up questions. Wesley Michael install visit was courteous, professional and efficient with a lot of attention to detail. Ferran's team taking care of the entire process from city permit and install to final inspection and utility rebate credit made it a very smooth project.
