We send out a monthly merchant-focused email – see here. It is deployed on the 15th of each month (important for subscribers to check junk mail). This not only provides a strategic overview of what our team is working on, but a chance for our merchant partners to share their marketing initiatives and requests for support. We use the content for organic/paid social, customer e-blasts and earned media, among others.
