Assembly Row – Who We Are, What We Do
At Assembly Row, we pride ourselves in being one of Greater Boston’s fastest growing neighborhood destinations over the past decade. While conveniently located along I-93 and direct access to Downtown Boston via the Orange Line with its dedicated MBTA station, Assembly Row is a dynamic neighborhood offering first-class working, living, shopping, entertainment, and dining experiences.
And we continue to grow.
When fully built across 40 acres along the Mystic River, our neighborhood will feature a total of 635K square feet of retail and restaurant space, 2 million square feet of office space, and 1.8K residences.

Reach Residents and Office Employees Directly
Every month, our Assembly Row residents and office employees receive an exclusive newsletter from our team.
Newsletters go out the first week of the month and highlight a mix of upcoming events, recent news, as well as deals + promos specific to on-site residents and employees.
This means if you have anything you’d like shared exclusively with corporate employees or residents, send them to us with ample lead time so we can highlight in our internal newsletters.

Hosting an event? Send it our way to make sure it gets listed on the Assembly Row events page! From trivia nights to exclusive shopping events, we want to help spread the word. Please send us the event name, date and time, a brief description, and any relevant links. The more details, the better!
Most of the tenant events highlighted in our emails are pulled from the events page on our website!
DEALS
Offering a great deal or discount?
We’d love to feature it on the Assembly Row deals page! To get your deal posted, send us your deal, valid dates and disclaimer language on a weekly basis.
Deals included in our emails and shared weekly via Instagram stories are all pulled from the website.
YOUR PAGES
Each of your brands has a dedicated page on the Assembly Row explore page – make sure it shines! You can request edits to your description, contact info, header image (sized 1500 x 500 pixels), logo, etc., at any time.
JOB POSTINGS
Need to fill a job position? Whether you’re hiring for full-time, part-time, or seasonal roles, make sure your opportunities are seen by job seekers in the area. Send us your job title, brief description, and a link to apply, and we’ll get it posted to our job openings page.
Our explore page is the most visited page on our website, so please make sure your logos are up-to-date! As needed, we run in-market, social ads directing job seekers to this page – make sure your listings are up-todate.
Perks Program
Offer Exclusive Deals to Assembly Row Employees + Residents
Interested in offering an exclusive deal or discount for Assembly Row employees and/or residents to help increase repeat visits and customer loyalty?
Submit a deal through our Perks Program! You can offer the same deal/discount for both employees AND residents of Assembly Row or choose to offer different ones. This is completely up to you.

Club Volo’s Exclusive Partnership with Assembly Row Businesses
Club Volo is inviting Assembly Row businesses to join the Volo Partner Perks Program – a mutually beneficial way to bring more visibility and foot traffic to both communities.
How it works: You provide a small discount for Volo players (redeemable with a league shirt on site or custom code).
In return, Club Volo gives your staff/members a discounted code and promotes your business on their website and in their weekly member newsletter. A great way to reach thousands of local, active adults.

What to Expect This Year
RIVERFEST BAR STARS
An annual block party each September attracting ~ 32,000 guests for community games, fireworks, live music and merchant promotions.
A ticketed rooftop restaurant competition for the best cocktails and small bites. Event features live music, games, and food for a 21+ crowd.
FARMERS MARKET
Launching in 2026, Assembly Row will debut a vibrant, carefully curated farmers market each Friday bringing local flavors and community energy from June 12-Oct 9.
YOGA CLASSES
Free Yoga in the Park every Saturday morning from May through September, welcoming 150-200 guests for a feel-good, community driven start to the weekend.
