What’s Changing We are rolling out a new billing tool on September 1, 2025, to better serve you and your team.

Timeline & Key Dates    

Week of July 14 – Training invites to be sent July 21 – August 1 – Training sessions available Week of August 18 – Refresher training sessions available September 1 – New billing tool goes live

User Friendly Dashboard making the client billing portal easy to navigate Faster Processing means fewer steps and quicker action Greater Transparency allows for real time visibility into billing One-Click ACH Transfers initiated by you, making payments easy Self Service Client Billing Portal allows you to view your current and past invoices (Easy Pay Clients) or post processing reports (Smart Remit Clients)
