LEED Certificates

Both schemes are based on the awarding of credits in relation to compliance with specific environmental characteristics, such as building materials with a high level of eco-sustainability.

Laminam panels used in construction are certified in accordance with ISO 14021 to contain at least 20 to 40 per cent pre-consumer recycled material (i.e. reused industrial waste) and to have a high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI), thus contributing to LEED and BREEAM certification credits.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

"Double slab CerStrong panel and profile type NINFA Series 6, (or similar)"

1. MATERIALS AND COMPONENTS:

- Balustrades (Balustrades - Railings), made of extruded aluminium alloy 6063 T66 profiles, Anodised in accordance with the Qualanod mark or Painted with polyester powder in accordance with the Qualicoat mark. The profiles are only positioned at the base of the balustrade. The profile must be suitable to accommodate a ~19 mm thick infill panel. The internal geometry of the profiles is specially engineered to provide both the rigidity in the event of static load test and the flexibility required to absorb accidental impacts in accordance with Uni 11678-2017.

- The accessories: the CerStrong panel mounted with adjustable and suitable accessories for plumbing the panels and clamping them.

- Test certificates: the balustrade must be laboratory tested in accordance with UNI 11678-2017 and in compliance with the purpose, i.e. for Class C2 (residential or similar) or Class C3 (spaces susceptible to crowding) in accordance with MD 2018.

2. FEATURES OF THE 'CerStrong - Double slab' PANEL:

Panel consisting of tempered -laminated glass with an outer panel of LAMINAM, for a total thickness of ~19 mm.

Description of Laminam: laminated porcelain obtained by wet milling of clayey raw materials, granitic and metamorphic rocks with a feldspathic component and ceramic pigments .

Compacted by special sintering moulding at 1200° with hybrid firing .

3 INSTALLATION POSITIONS and PROFILE

TYPE (WM choice)

3/A) Ninfa 106 profile with dimensions 70mm x 111mm + CerStrong panel up to a height of 1200mm, resistant to class C2. Suitable for installation above the floor with compliance with the regulations according to MD 17/1/2018 and UNI 11678:2017.

3/B) Ninfa 116 profile with dimensions 122 mm x 114 mm + CerStrong panel up to a height of 1200 mm, resistant to class C2. Suitable for laying flush with external masonry with compliance with the regulations according to MD 17/1/2018 and UNI 11678:2017.

3/C) Ninfa 176 profile with dimensions

80mm x 173mm + CerStrong panel up to a height of 1200mm, resistant to class C2. Suitable for mounting on the inner side of a reinforced concrete base, fulfilling the standard according to MD 17/1/2018 and UNI 11678:2017.

3/D) Ninfa profile 186 with dimensions 80 mm x 173 mm + CerStrong panel up to a height of 1200 mm, resistant to class C2. Suitable for laying on the face of the floor beam, with compliance with the regulations according to MD 17/1/2018 and UNI 11678:2017.

The Designer or the Works Manager reserve the right to request the strength test of the balustrade directly on site in accordance with UNI 11678-2017, to check its compliance and also the validity of the fixing of the balustrade in place.

Compacted by special sintering moulding at 1200° with hybrid firing .

3/B) Ninfa profile 176 with dimensions 80 mm x 173 mm + CerStrong panel up to a height of 1300 mm, resistant to class C2. Suitable for mounting on the inner side of a reinforced concrete base, fulfilling the standard according to MD 17/1/2018 and UNI 11678:2017.

3/C) Ninfa 186 profile with dimensions 80mm x 173mm + CerStrong panel up to a height of 1300mm, resistant to class C2. Suitable for laying on the face of the floor beam, with compliance with the regulations according to MD 17/1/2018 and UNI 11678:2017.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Transportation costs shall be evaluated with every offer, according to volume weight and destination.

COMPLAINTS:

Any complaint must be sent to Faraone within a final deadline of 8 days from receipt of goods; we do not accept returned goods unless previously authorized by Faraone in carriage collect.

Any returned products that should hypothetically arrive to the Faraone company without prior authorization will be refused without exception and returned to the sender in carriage collect.

PAYMENT METHOD:

For foreign countries, the payment of the goods is made by bank transfer in advance. Other payment methods will be agreed under the credit insurance.
