Booking and payment terms

Invoices are issued on the first of the month before print. Classified bookings must be paid in full at time of order. Discounts offered are subject to payments being received on time. Interest at 2% per month may be charged on overdue amounts.
Artwork requirements We like to receive artwork in PDF format and in CMYK colour: ideally without trims. However, we can accept artwork in a wide variety of other formats. Please contact us to discuss.
Data privacy We keep computer data on all ads received and created. You must let us know if you do not want us to do this for you. Data given to us is strictly for our own use and as such, we do not share any information provided by our advertisers with any third party.
