Since 2001, Faith Family Medical Center has provided comprehensive healthcare, behavioral care, and wellness services to over 30,000+ patients through more than 100,000+ visits. Dedicated to serving low-income, uninsured, and underinsured individuals, Faith Family offers accessible, affordable, and compassionate care, empowering lowincome patients to take charge of their health. This approach not only improves individual health outcomes but also has a ripple effect on entire families and communities in Middle Tennessee.

Jimmy, a faithful construction worker, was referred to our Journey to Wellness program after being diagnosed with pre-diabetes. He met with our dietitian to explore healthier meal options and brought his wife and children along to one of our family education sessions.

They learned how to cook nutritious meals together, and the experience brought them closer as a family. Jimmy has since lost weight, lowered his A1C to a healthy range, and no longer needs medication.

The Journey to Wellness (J2W) program exists to help patients make lasting changes in their lifestyle and improve the management of their health problems. Faith Family Medical Center patients are invited to take a deeper look at their health and wellness goals by participating in the J2W program, which is offered to the patient at no cost.

In total, our volunteer physicians contributed 984 hours in 2024. That’s nearly 1,000 hours of compassion, skill, and presence for patients who might otherwise go unseen. Time is a gift, and these hours represent the kind of generosity that can't be measured by a paycheck. They can be traced back to a network of people who believe care is sacred.

Seven physician volunteers chose to give their time and talent to care for our community’s most vulnerable. These doctors didn’t just provide medical expertise, they offered hope with every visit. Their willingness to serve reflects the same spirit our donors embody: selfless love for neighbor. Together, this team made healing personal.
