This elegant Chardonnay has lemon zest and pineapple aromas with undertones of green apple. The palate is fresh and delicate with a rich texture and a vibrant, lengthy finish.
Bon Courage (Wooded)
Lime gold colour indicates some mature notes which are highlighted in a big, full nose where peach and citrus combine to give super complexity. Big mouth packed with flavours including grapefruit, lime, lees. Vanilla and butterscotch give crème bruleè characters.

Specially selected Pinotage grapes were used to produce this flavour packed wine. Beautiful colour from carefully monitored period on the skins. Raspberry, strawberry and red-berry flavours carry through to a perfectly balanced palate.

Hints of plums and soft tones of black berries. Smooth and well-rounded mouth-feel finishing with a complex velvet texture and soft tannins.

Ripe mulberry and mint flavours mingle pleasantly with light smokiness from the oak. The palate is characterized by firm, ripe tannins with a hint of chocolate on the aftertaste.
Laborie
This elegant Merlot shows aromas of blackcurrant, plums, and fruitcake with hints of dark chocolate. The palate is vibrant and well-rounded with silky tannins and a fragrant, elegant finish.
Kleine Zalze
This Merlot shows typical characters of ripe red berries followed by juicy fruit flavours on the palate. The wine has an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel, accentuated by supple, elegant tannin structure.

Pinotage
Kleine Zalze
A very elegant and easy drinking expression of Pinotage, the aroma reminds of mulberries and ripe plums, nuanced with a smoky undertone. The wine shows a lot of juicy red fruit on the palate with subtle floral and fynbos notes on the finish.
Du Toitskloof
A well rounded, medium-bodied wine with inviting raspberry and other ripe red berry flavours, hints of spice and dried banana. It has an impressive smoothness and a long fruity finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon

This full-bodied red wine holds aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and spices from ten months in wood. Sweetish and richly textured on the palate with good supple, dry tannins, ending in a long-lasting, savoury finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is round and rich, offering aromas of red fruit, wild berries and blackcurrant with hints of cassis. The palate is elegant and juicy, with a refined tannin structure and seamless finish.

An absolute divine nose, which captures the fruitiness of the black grape. Tones of tobacco combined with walnuts and berries make this an outstanding blend. Soft oak gives this blend body and a smooth texture.

Du Toitskloof
This particular Shiraz reflects the area’s unique terroir. Complex range of eucalyptus, spice, peppercorn and granadilla flavours is supported by subtle smoky undertones from eight months maturation in French oak. A well-balanced wine with supple tannins and smooth finish.
Laborie
This luxurious, deep purple Shiraz has prominent aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and dried spice, with hints of aniseed and cloves. The palate benefited from judicious oaking, which delivered a full, juicy tannin structure and good length.
Bon Courage - The Pepper Tree
