Newsletter Technical Department expands In order to provide the best service possible to our customers, we have expanded our Technical Services Department. We are proud to introduce Jodie Vines as the latest member of the team and look forward to her influence on the department dynamic. Jodie has already established nearly 2 years of experience at FAI with hands-on involvement with our products and a strong rapport with both our Technical Services and Product Development teams. With this latest addition to the FAI team, we aim to create a framework that will enable us to offer a better customer experience for future projects, some of which are already in the pipeline.
Complete Camshaft kits now in stock. To complement our huge engine and valve train offer, we now offer fully comprehensive Camshaft Kits for a huge array of VAG 1.9/2.0TDI PD engines. After listening to customer feedback, the introductory range of kits all contain our camshaft, followers, camshaft cap bolts and camshaft bearings. 27 New Timing Belt Superkits in stock It has become a common occurrence for garages and factors to approach vehicle repairs with a kit view in mind. With the time and expense of stripping down an engine and replacing parts, no one wants to do the same job twice. When doing a timing belt kit replacement, the bulk of kit replacement is labour, so if the engine is stripped why not replace the water pump? With the high service intervals on belt kits on modern vehicles, products linked to the drive line will also have covered the same mileage. With this in mind, FAI are pleased to introduce 27 new Superkits containing the timing belt, tensioners and water pump.
