activities for all ages, including sightseeing, trekking, mudbaths, obstacle courses, mud-building, and ATV rides, ensuring enjoyment and satisfaction for everyone. The park’s focus on enhancing mental and physical well-being makes it a special destination for adventure enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation. The AFHF Data Center, has been meticulously conceptualized and designed as a modern, purpose-built facility that balances functionality, resilience, and architectural clarity. Positioned within an accessible and rapidly developing urban hub, the project responds not only to the growing need for reliable digital infrastructure but also to contemporary expectations for sustainable and human-centered design.
AFHF Data Center is guided by three key principles:
zoning efficiency, spatial clarity, and visual transparency. The design approach divides the structure into clearly defined operational and support areas, ensuring intuitive circulation, controlled access, and clean spatial organization. By integrating architectural aesthetics with operational precision, the AFHF Data Center sets a benchmark for what such facilities can achieve—not just in performance, but in the quality of space they provide for people who manage and maintain them.
The first image presents a staff lounge and private meeting area, thoughtfully designed to support internal operations. Timber ceiling panels, neutral tones, and ambient lighting contribute to a warm and professional atmosphere. This space facilitates discreet discussions, team collaboration, and staff downtime, promoting a balanced and functional work environment.
The second image depicts a public lounge intended for client and customer engagement. An open-plan layout, modern furniture selection, and soft natural lighting create a welcoming and approachable setting. This area is designed to accommodate informal consultations and waiting guests, reflecting a strong emphasis on hospitality, accessibility, and brand professionalism.

AFHF Data Center features a high-efficiency layout with raised perforated flooring for optimal airflow management. The architecture prioritizes security and thermal control, with linear lighting, cold aisle containment, and precision cooling for optimal center functionality. The space is functionally designed to support high-density server racks and 24/7 mission-critical IT operations.

Established in 2011, TSG is one of Asia’s most prominent UCI Continental teams, representing Malaysia in international competitions with consistent success. This new headquarters serves as both a functional base and a symbolic home for the team’s
operations, training, and public engagement. The design captures the spirit of motion, endurance, and precision through sleek horizontal lines, dynamic façades, and a minimalist material palette. With new clean modern expression, integration of natural light, and thoughtful spatial flow, the headquarters embodies TSG’s commitment to high performance and professionalism—celebrating Terengganu’s sporting pride through architecture.

Located in Kampung Losong, Kuala Terengganu, Surau Haji Wan Abdul Latif is a beautifully preserved heritage site over a century old. Recently restored, it retains its traditional Terengganu architectural charm, showcasing intricate woodwork and cultural legacy, honoring its founder, a respected scholar, Tuan Guru Haji Wan Abdul Latif.

With roots tracing back over a century, this surau beautifully embodies the spirit of “Old is gold.” After an extensive renovation spanning more than a year, its authentic design has been carefully preserved, staying true to the traditional Terengganu house style.
Decorated with intricate wood carvings and expert
carpentry, passed down like a family heirloom, this surau stands as a shining example of “standing the test of time,” with every corner whispering stories of the past. We love to be a part of the history. Named after its esteemed founder, Tuan Guru Haji Wan Abdul Latif Haji Wan Endut, a revered scholar and religious leader, this surau is not only a place of worship but a living monument to faith, history, and architectural artistry.

Surau Hj. Wan Latiff stands as a restored traditional timber surau, preserving Malay vernacular architecture through meticulous craftsmanship and community involvement. Built using tanggam dan pasak (notching and pegs), it reflects heritage construction methods without nails. The surau also serves as a vibrant religious and cultural hub, harmoniously blending history, spirituality, and architecture.

Introduction
The Darulaman Sport Arena project envisions a revolutionary sports and recreation hub that combines innovation, inclusivity, and community engagement. By blending dynamic activities with architectural ingenuity, it aims to promote vibrant social interactions, diverse sporting experiences, and a fresh approach to communal spaces, redefining how people connect and engage through sports.
The Darulaman Sport Arena project is a proposed modern sports and recreation hub designed to revolutionize indoor sports and community engagement. The concept, “NextUs,” focuses on blending innovative sports methodologies with architectural creativity to foster inclusivity, vibrant interactions, and diverse sporting experiences. The arena addresses critical issues like the lack of sports program diversity, underutilized communal areas, and safety concerns in existing spaces. The design objectives aim
to provide efficient indoor facilities that offer maximum benefits while creating a new landmark reflecting the cultural identity of Alor Setar. The project incorporates adaptive design and advanced technology to enhance user experiences, including VR tag, laser tag, dark tag, climbing, and parkour, ensuring activities cater to all ages and demographics.
Collaborating with PSNK and the World Chase Tag Organization, the arena focuses on promoting accessible sports like tag games and kabaddi.
