we had a personal trainer session at Dessange Paris Bahrain – summer break is finished, and it
is time to get back to a workout routine! Now that the flights are back to Qatar, you can easily
explore this neighbouring country. We stayed at the magnificent Mandarin Oriental, Doha, for a
luxurious getaway. Eating out is one of everyone’s favourite ‘hobbies’, and our monthly food
review happened at Cantina Kahlo, located at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain, for a Mexican feast. As
