The former Ministry of Social Affairs in The Hague, designed by architect Herman Hertzberger in the 1980s, has been repurposed to accommodate housing and commercial activities. FABRICations developed a project to revitalize the building while preserving its historical significance. By strategically demolishing and adding structures, the building was transformed into a hub for public life and commercial ventures, aiming to maximize investments and introduce outdoor spaces and greenery.
