OTO Alum Named Dean

Greg Basura Joins OTO

An alum of the Department of Otolaryngology has been named Dean of the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Jeffrey R. Bumpous, MD, is also the university’s new Executive Vice President of Health Affairs as well as President of the American Board of Otolaryngology.

I am thrilled to announce that Greg Basura MD, PhD, an experienced neurotologist, educator, and funded surgeon-scientist, will join our faculty on September 1.
