New Approach to Bilateral Microtia Reconstruction A nine-year-old boy born without external ears or ear canals now has two functional ears, thanks to Noel Jabbour, MD, MS, FACS, Director of the Congenital Ear Center at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
