The TIO Newsletter Welcome to the second edition of the quarterly Trauma back in December which will now benchmark our process Informed Organisation (TIO) Newsletter. on a yearly basis as we will run a survey every December to track our progress. I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the new Chair of TIO. TOPLINE SURVEY INSIGHTS
We had a 35% response rate to our survey, a solid start, but we’d love to hear from even more of you. Your voice is key in shaping TIO, so if you didn’t have the chance to contribute to the survey in December, and have some suggestions, please contact Ally McClay or Clare O’Connor, Chair of Questionnaire Group. There are six TIO workgroups and they are now reviewing the findings and the insights are shaping plans for the next quarter to drive real progress. Here are some of the key findings so far:
