SIMPLIFIED PAYMENTS Families can choose to pay in full upon registration or select an installment plan, where they will receive automated payment reminders and may opt to enrol in auto-pay to streamline the payment process. A Tour Consultant who works with your community and specializes in your travel destination will reach out within two business days to create a customized proposal. They’ll serve as your dedicated contact throughout the trip-planning process.

Review After receiving your proposal, we’ll schedule a follow-up to review and refine your itinerary. The sooner you confirm the trip, the quicker we can secure availability and rates.

promote Get your trip off the ground using our support documents and help to facilitate school board approvals. We assist with everything from organizing parent presentations to preparing informational posters.

Participant registration & trip deposit Once you've recruited your participants, it's time for travellers to register and make deposits using our online portal. This is also the time to gather all travel documents, passports, and consent forms. Please note that additional deposits may be needed for special events.

Participant list Before departure, we will provide resources to help you collect and organize your passenger list, rooming arrangements, and any special needs information. Once you’ve gathered these details, you’ll submit them through the portal.

Finalize payments and itinerary We will ensure all balances are paid in full as we finalize your activities to prepare for departure. Automated reminders will keep everything on track. Your Tour Consultant will review your itinerary and provide essential resources like packing lists and travel guidelines. This is your opportunity to review and ensure everything looks good on your end!

Home stretch In the days before departure, we’ll confirm final details, including your Tour Director's name and contact information, transportation, and weather updates. We’ll also collect any last-minute emergency contacts and address any remaining questions.
