PRICING
All prices quoted in the brochure are in GBP. The 'From' prices shown are ‘tour only’ (i.e. exclude flights) and include accommodation based on two adults sharing a room with en-suite/private facilities. The individual website trip pages will provide information on inclusions. Departure/arrival taxes, visa charges and local tourist taxes are not included in the holiday price and any other exclusions from the holiday price will be covered at the time of quotation. Please contact Headwater for your personalised quotation, including single occupancy and associated additional supplements.

ADVENTURE TRAVEL WARNING
If you choose to travel on this type of holiday, you must be prepared to accept that there is an inherent element of risk, which is all part of the experience. We go to great lengths to take all reasonable care of you and expect that you will take sensible precautions and responsibility for yourself, exercising appropriate caution and not undertaking any activities which you do not feel comfortable or capable of doing so, paying special attention to terrain and weather conditions. Ratings are given to indicate the level of activity expected. By confirming your booking you acknowledge on behalf of all passengers in your party that you have the appropriate levels of ability, fitness and good health to safely participate in the holiday.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is an essential condition of joining a Headwater holiday that you have an adequate and valid travel insurance policy, for the full duration of your holiday, to cover the cost of medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment, and the activities included in the holiday. We recommend that you take out insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Our aim is to provide holidays that are unbeatable for choice and flexibility, and as such our holidays can be booked on a tour only basis or with travel arrangements included (such as flights, rail, ferries and car hire).
BOOKING FLIGHTS
On the brochure and website pages we feature ‘tour only’ itineraries but we can easily book your flights from London or any other regional airport. When booking on a flight inclusive basis, Headwater complies with our responsibilities under the ATOL regime. For all packages (flight inclusive or not) we comply with the Package Travel and Linked Travel Regulations 2018. Details of your rights under the Package Travel Regulations can be found at www.headwater.com/key-rights
TRANSFERS
If you book a flight inclusive package with us, return airport transfers may be included in the package price. If you book a tour only holiday transfers can often be arranged at an additional cost. Please ask your sales consultant for transfer details during the booking process.
ACCOMMODATION
All accommodation we use has been inspected and classified by the authorities of the relevant countries.
PAYING FOR YOUR HOLIDAY
DEPOSIT
You will be asked to pay a deposit at the time of booking of at least £400 per person, or 25% of the booking value (whichever is greater).
For certain travel arrangements the deposit may be higher than those shown. You will be advised of your deposit at the time the booking is made. You may also be required to pay on booking for any non-transferable and non-refundable items. Your sales consultant will advise you of this during the booking process.
FINAL BALANCE
The amount of the remainder of your holiday will be shown on your confirmation invoice. This must be paid no later than 90 days before departure. In certain cases, we may request full payment more than 90 days before departure where, for example, airlines require full payment on booking.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time by providing written notification to admin@headwater.com. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay cancellation charges as follows:

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING
We will do our utmost to make any changes but it may not always be possible. Any request must be made in writing from the Lead Name or your travel agent. You will be asked to pay an administration charge of £50 per person, and any costs that we incur in making any possible alterations (including those charged by third party suppliers who provide the component parts of your booking).
IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR BOOKING We endeavour not to, but we reserve the right to make, changes to your booking as required. If we have to alter your holiday significantly you will have the choice of either: a) Accepting the change, or b) Accepting an alternative holiday, where we offer one (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of lower value), or c) Cancelling your holiday and having a refund of all monies paid. PROTECTING YOUR MONEY ABTA PROTECTION
We are a member of ABTA; membership number Y0751. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct. We will provide you with financial protection for package holidays you buy from
accept on behalf of all passengers in your party, the terms of the booking conditions. We strongly recommend that you make no travel arrangements to your point of departure, make any connecting travel that is nonrefundable or non-changeable or incurs penalties or otherwise incur any costs in respect of visas or vaccinations until such time as your travel itinerary has been confirmed. If you make such arrangements which you are then unable to use due to a change in your itinerary we shall not be liable to you for the cost of those arrangements.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS & TRUSTED ADVICE
Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. CONDUCT
As a responsible tour operator, in our full terms and conditions we outline what is conduct unbecoming of a Headwater customer, which includes behaviour, imposed restrictions and improper use of equipment. The result of which can mean an immediate cessation of travel arrangements without any liability on our part, and we reserve the right to make a claim against you for any damages, costs and expenses (including legal expenses).
EXCURSIONS
If not booked as part of your holiday package, Headwater is not responsible for the provision of the excursion or tour booked with third party suppliers, or for anything that happens during the course of its provision.
