his journey started in his hometown back in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
He pursued a Bachelor of Engineering from the Bhilai Institute of Technology and further completed his Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. He is also a gold medalist in Economics (USA).
He discovered his enthusiasm for the stock market at a young age and even started investing at a few stock options. However, his focus on higher education steered him away from the ield.
Years later, when Ankit opened his Stock account, he saw a booming portfolio for the ones he had earlier invested in. This was a moment of realization for Ankit about the industry and its potential returns. Soon enough, he decided to start investing again and build an even better portfolio.

Two of his favorite books are The Intelligent Investor and The Warren Buffet Way . Right from the start, Warren Buffet has been Ankit's idol.
His habit of reading continues to date. He continues to read at least 50-100 pages on investing daily. He believes in the words of Benjamin Franklin, “ An investment in the knowledge always pays the best interest." Just like reading, he loves to keep learning about investing every day.
He mentions, "Each day I'm enjoying learning a new trick, a new thing, or a new valuation model. The passion inside me keeps me motivated and I'm going ahead day by day. For young entrepreneurs, my only advice is to love what you do, All the successful people do what they love, what they enjoy. Find your passion and start working on it. Talk to us about your growing up years. What prompted your interest and subsequently your foray into tech and software space?
When I was pursuing my master's in computer applications, it was actually the time when the entire digital landscape was transforming very quickly. Be it the introduction of smartphones or advanced software technology, the tech giants were all highlighting a technologydriven future.
However, by the time I was all set to begin my career in 2006, it turned out to be the time when the world started to recognize the need for user experience as a part of digital transformation. As I went to explore different roles, responsibilities, and skills surrounding quality assurance, it was time I made my mind to taking quality assurance and software testing services mainstream with BugRaptors.
What was the idea that led to the formation of BugRaptors? What was the thought behind the name of the company?
The idea behind BugRaptors was to create a brand that can be synonymous with quality assurance. While creating a more informed environment for adopting quality assurance and software testing solutions, we wanted BugRaptors to be the prime choice

The thought behind the name of the company was to create something that immediately re lects our mission of creating quality-rich and bug-free solutions. Besides, we want it to be easy to remember and catchy for anyone who is looking for similar services.
Being the CEO, what role do you play in the day-to-day proceedings of the company?
From working on major corporate decisions to managing the overall operations and resources of the company, I keep a check on everything. Be it the introduction of Automation or establishing advanced test labs, I constantly aim to nurture tech initiatives that can make QA smart and swift.
Apart from this, I am responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the organization. I am always deeply involved in the process of change implementation and long-term business planning. From ixing the proposed plans to harnessing productive business decision-making, I take care of everything that helps maintain accountability with the board and help take the organization forward.
What is the approach followed by the company to ensure optimal client satisfaction?
As it is said, “Client is the king”, we at BugRaptors always aim to align with the original thought process and approach with which a client initiates a project. Since we always lead with empathy, our entire team proceeds with a client-centric

Looking at your journey, what would you have done differently when starting out?
Honestly speaking, I am not a person who carries regrets or any kind of insecurities in my life. I have a very strong belief that doing good serves you as a motivation while fallbacks are lessons that are necessary to make you learn better ways of doing things.
Moreover, it is very important for me being the CEO of the organization to have a forward vision while keeping a check on how things can be done perfectly in the present. And I think it is all that matters.
What would be your advice for aspiring and young women leaders and entrepreneurs?
Though I believe every person has their own journey, I believe you can always learn something from others, no matter what position the person standing in front of you is. Therefore, I would advise any budding entrepreneurs and women leaders to always be open to the world. It not only helps you see things more clearly but helps you

Finally, what does the future look like for you and BugRaptors?
The tech world is booming and therefore I see a world where quality assurance is going to be a pre-requisite for any tech invention. Even if we talk about the present situation, QA is inevitable for the success of any software, application, and web product.
However, talking about things that excite me about myself and the future of BugRaptors is taking our hands on new technologies. What according to you makes one a powerful woman? How do you integrate the same thought into your leadership?
A powerful woman is one who can handle day-to-day challenges, along with adversity. When someone says she can't do something, she becomes determined to prove she can. She strives for continuous growth and recognizes the role both rejection and discouragement have in her evolution. She is a woman who has no regrets.
As a small business owner, if you want to succeed you have to be powerful. It isn't easy. We try to do everything right, look for investors and put ourselves out there. Sometimes we get shut down and our con idence takes a hit, but ultimately, it all builds us up to become the women we are or aspire to be.
There are times I get discouraged and I have to take a step back and look at how far I've come. I've learned that there is always room for growth, and it is always going to get better. I think it is also important to realize that even people who have been doing something for 20 or 30 years go through the same thing. You don't see what
goes wrong for them, but it still happens. I re lect on those moments, then I take a deep breath and charge ahead. I'm thankful to also have really great people in my life that help me see what I've accomplished.
Talk to us about your growing up years, your shift from the Caribbean to the US, and the cultural challenges that you faced.
I was born and spent part of my childhood in Haiti. I remember spending a lot of time with my grandmothers who were very strong women; I didn't realize it at the time, but now I think about it a lot. I don't have a lot of family and friends left in Haiti, but I do still have some. It's a beautiful country, and it is my country - it is the place where I'm from. I love it and I always will.
My mom said we were moving to California so we could go to school, and I was so excited. I'd been watching all these TV shows and it looked so glamorous. When I got to the US, I barely knew English, so I went to an English as a Second Language class the summer before school started. I was able to skip 7th and 8th grade and go straight into high school. There was still so much I didn't understand, like “OJ” — a couple of years later I realized “oh my God that means orange juice.”
It was challenging but I got to this point in my life where I feel like I have a purpose to serve others. TrooRa is a way for me to do that because I am able to give them a platform to tell their stories and

share their gifts with the world.
What sparked your interest and prompted the idea of forming a digital magazine – TrooRa Magazine?
I've always loved creating things from scratch. I loved interior design, event planning, and making beautiful things from nothing. I didn't realize that would ever come together in the form of a magazine but growing up I always loved them too.
To this day, when I travel the irst thing I do when I get to the airport is to go to the newsstand to pick up a bunch of magazines. Flipping through them is so gratifying for me. I'm always learning about different cultures, different places, new tricks whether it's fashion, design, a new way of dry freezing a piece of fruit — whatever it is, I'm always being educated. Then just feeling a magazine or smelling it, is always very satisfying. I was able to work for a magazine for a short period of time and that showed me what I wanted to do. I researched to see what was lacking in the publishing world and found that there wasn't a magazine that really focused on up-and-coming brands, talent, and entrepreneurs.
I wanted to give them a platform to showcase their work in a way that is beautiful and luxurious. That is how TrooRa was born. The name stems from “truly rare.” Every time we put a new issue out, I'm like, “It's the best one yet.” I always try to supersede the last one so we can continue to give amazing undiscovered people a voice.
Talk to us about the content of TrooRa Magazine and what it aims to highlight through its platform?
Our content spans several categories because I wanted the magazine to be really comprehensive; I wanted to create this robust coffee table book that you can keep going back to. We cover home design, culinary art, music, ilm, fashion, travel, health, technology, science, wellness and itness.
Our team conducts research of all of these categories to ind hidden gems and cultivate incredible stories. Our goal is to create a global community for these brands and entrepreneurs so they can truly thrive.
What does a day in the life of Trystanne look like? How do you ensure work-life balance?
For some people, work-life balance is saying “I don't take any calls after a certain time, or I don't do work on a certain day.” But if you're someone who hasn't had a lot of opportunities and something presents itself, you will push yourself and give it your all.
We just inished a huge event for the launch of our Summer 2022 Color Issue. I felt it was incredibly important and I wanted to pull out all the stops. It was our irst event with a new partner, and I wanted to show them what we are capable of. I worked day and night and had very little sleep over four or ive weeks. Sometimes my work-life balance is making sure I do get that four hours of sleep and keeping up
Looking at your journey, what would you have done differently if you were to start again?
At the point where I am right now, I feel so lucky to have been able to grow that I don't have regrets. I've learned that everything happens for a reason. I am where I am meant to be.
Recently I attended an event that featured a designer I've adored for decades. I had the chance to ask her for a photo, but for whatever reason, when my husband tried to take one on my phone, they kept turning out blurry or too dark. She had to go do something else, and I realized I wasn't going to get the picture. After leaving, my husband and I got into an argument because I
my little routines on a daily basis. I have a podcast I listen to every morning; I try to meditate, even if it is ive or 10 minutes. I focus on my mindset and try to stay positive.
As a black, immigrant, female entrepreneur, what would be your advice for aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs who are facing similar challenges like you?
You have to be ready to grow up in order to grow. You will eventually ind your place in the world and become the person you want to be. There are going to be struggles and challenges. There are going to be times when you think, “It's just not going to happen.”
Don't beat yourself up because
couldn't believe he couldn't get my phone to work. Then he said, “I can't believe you had one opportunity to tell her about your magazine and you didn't.”
He was right. We got ready for the events' After Party and when we walked in, she was standing right there. I decided that I was going to say something, and if something came out of it, great and if not, at least I took the opportunity. The photo didn't work out, but the result was a chance to share my passion with someone I admire.
there is something you think you should have done differently. A little girl that I know once said to me, “mistakes are magic,” and that really struck me. You may think you should have made a left turn instead of making a right one, but there is a reason why it happened that way. That's very hard to accept. I really believe that if when you focus on where you're going and you let the universe, or God, or whatever you believe in make life happen, you won't have regrets. Things are always what they are meant to be; there's always a reason why. Mistakes become magic when you learn from them.
Finally, what does the future look like for you and TrooRa Magazine?
I'm building an empire, and the magazine is just a part of that. Along with our current and future feature partners, we have labels we're beginning to promote including TrooRa La Marqq. Having my own fashion line has been a dream for a long time and we were able to introduce the irst piece in the collection, gorgeous, a luxury handbag, in July. We're working on our app and our Shop TrooRa live shopping platform. There are so many things we want to do, TrooRa Magazine is only the beginning.

Ashok Dudhat, Founder & CEO of Tech Jobs Fair, indeed falls under the latter bracket as he worked towards illing a gap in the industry that is directly
responsible for the growth of many businesses.
As a veteran of the IT industry, Ashok noted a discrepancy between the job seekers' ability to reach a company and organizations' failed attempts to secure a talented workforce. He then went on to lay the foundation of a bridge that unites the two fronts for collective success.

What according to you makes one a transformational leader? How do you integrate the same thought into your
leadership?
A transformational leader, in my opinion, is one who fosters followers' motivation and good growth, exhibits high moral standards in the workplace and encourages others to do the same. He/she encourages an ethical work atmosphere by establishing clear principles, goals, and standards, motivates people to shift from a selfinterested perspective to one where they are working for the general good and building company culture and allows workers to make decisions and take responsibility for projects while providing coaching and mentorship.

I work on myself as a leader before I start making changes to our team and our organization. It's important to look at how I function as a leader by being empathetic, charismatic, and inspirational. These traits may not appear to be learnable, but there are steps I take as a leader to develop them, for instance, taking time to sit down and get to know the people I work with on an individual level and in a context that's broader than just their role in the organization.
I believe in creating a proper company culture, as it encourages the sharing of suggestions, improvements, and ideas from team members at every tier of the company. More often than not, the most creative ideas come from employees
within an organization.
Talk to us about your growingup years. What prompted your interest and subsequently your foray into the IT space?
I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's in Software Engineering for Industrial applications. I have more than 10 years of experience in different IT industries, such as e-commerce, turbine materials, as well as in-service and medical sectors. I work with CadCam Solutions, and some other companies like Siemens, Cortado, Aideon, and Cubeware in Germany and abroad. On one hand, I am a tech guy, so I love technology and therefore I am always eager to learn about new technologies - and to work with them. On the other hand, my
entrepreneurial skills have always motivated me to try creative and innovative ideas and projects. Teamwork and the possibility to draw a connection between my efforts and the organization's bottom line is my great passion. When my team and I have an idea that works then it inspires me to go further. It might sound like a cliché, but it is true in my case: I love to be involved in projects that can have a good impact on the world.
My irst start-up project was Germany Startup Jobs, which I started in 2014. It still exists today, and it is a website that provides job seekers an opportunity to browse and apply to some of the fastest-growing startups in Germany. Later on, in 2017, I created another project
called ‘WP Event Manager”, a lightweight, scalable, and fullfeatured event management plugin for adding event listing functionality to WordPress websites. Tech Jobs Fair, a tech focused branding and recruiting event, is my most recent project, which is currently present in several countries. A tech guy with an entrepreneurial spirit, I have learned many things in my 10-year career journey. It was mostly learning by doing, which is a great way to grow and test your ideas for new projects.
What was the idea that led to the information of the Tech Job Fair? What was the pain point you wanted to address in the market?
It all started with my own experience in Germany. While
studying, I faced multiple challenges, and among all those, a job was the most challenging aspect, and that was the time when I decided to support many other candidates facing such challenges - this way a ray of Tech Jobs Fair lashes.
And when I deep dived into this concept, I found the challenges of the other side of the coin as well, the pain point of recruiters and HR managers. What irst led me to the staf ing and recruiting industry was, therefore, my own personal experience. In Germany, I had a limited visa period to ind a job in the country. While I was busy looking for a job, there were other things to take into consideration: keeping track of my expenses and reaching my professional goals in a limited
period of time. I didn't want just any job, I wanted to start my career. So, this idea came to me: to create a system where one can add their CV and automatically apply it to skill-matching jobs. This made the whole application process faster and that's how I built my irst project, the portal Germany Startup Jobs. Step by step, and as I expanded my network in Germany, this idea ultimately evolved until I reached the Tech Jobs Fair concept, and later the other two job platforms I created, Tech Job Wall and Hire Tech Talent.
How has the staf ing and recruiting industry changed in recent years? How is TJF making an impact in the industry?
Staf ing and recruiting are now
more complex than ever. Candidates have different options; many companies need to adapt and ind new strategies. As mentioned before, another way I've been trying to bring a change in this industry is by putting a great amount of effort into our latest project Hire Tech Talent. I see it as a revolution in the tech hiring industry, as it is made for people. We often use words like 'candidates', 'talents', 'job seekers', but we should not forget that we're dealing with people here.
Hire Tech Talent comes in to make their life easier and remove some of the most popular hurdles of applying to a new job: people ind it time-consuming, lack motivation after a while, or even feel overwhelmed. Hire Tech Talent is very convenient as people can create a one-time tech pro ile, get access to multiple events and get the chance to be employed in 15 countries.
Looking back at your journey, what would you have done differently when starting out?
I realized I wasn't prepared when I thought I was. Companies that I wished to work with turned me down. Nonetheless, I used my failures and rejections to my advantage. For a while, I felt upset and was too harsh on myself. But I needed to get back on my feet, so I devised a strategy that involved working on modest projects for my portfolio, learning independently, and attending conferences and meetings. Even if it's a little step,
it may make a difference. I eventually designed and founded my own company.
Yes, we will eventually fail or be rejected. However, this should not be used as an excuse to give up. Despite the fact that I am a timid and quiet person, I have learned the importance of stepping outside of my comfort zone. I had the opportunity to meet a large number of new individuals in the IT sector. I learn a lot from them, but I also try my best to share what I've learned.

What would be your advice for aspiring and emerging entrepreneurs in the tech industry?
My message to aspiring business leaders would be to work hard towards your goals, be persistent, stay focused and keep your motivation on high levels. In the end, what you give will be what you get.
Finally, what does the future look like for you and TJF?
I want to build Tech Jobs Fair as a worldwide brand. My goal is to keep moving forward and, at the same time, remain aligned with our company's objectives. We want to gain the complete trust and support of our audience, which will motivate us to move ahead in our mission of contributing to everyone
associated with us signi icantly.
We are planning the global expansion of the Tech Jobs Fair, starting with London, Paris, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Dublin. I want TJF to be a global brand and to create a startup and tech ecosystem around the globe. I hope to help more people from tech backgrounds to ind employment, motivate them to do tech innovation, and educate them about entrepreneurship.
We are aiming to establish Tech World - Tech Communities across the world. Aspiring business leaders' message: Work hard toward your goal with passion and keep persistence to achieve it. Keep motivating yourself and keep motivating things around you and help more and more people now and people will help you directly or indirectly in your goal.

There are many de initions
of the term 'leadership' available across the web. However, for Andrea Schenone, leadership is not the position or just receiving a title. It is about the responsibility to bring out the best in others, which only succeeds when people naturally follow the leader's example. His point of view also identi ies a leader who is never satis ied with his or her knowledge. One who is distinguished by his or her humility from other unethical power-seekers. And a strong leader always inspires others to follow in his or her footsteps.
With this understanding, Andrea leads his organization Swiss Federalism to raise international awareness and promote true federalism, the cornerstone of Switzerland's civil, political, and economic success.
A JOURNEY FULL OF LEARNING
Andrea's professional journey has been nothing short of exhilarating, always marked by curiosity and learning, and has included study, work, travel, meeting new people, and exploring new places. Hailing originally from Ligurian hinterland, Andrea graduated in Economics at the University of Genoa and embarked on a management and consulting career in the inancial sector.
He spent six years in Italy (Genoa and Milan) and more than ifteen years in Zurich working for large and prestigious international players in the insurance and banking sectors, including RSA Insurance Group, Swiss Re, Allianz, Sberbank, Zurich Insurance, and UBS. And in 2019, Andrea created Swiss Federalism as a result of his observations on the welfare of Swiss federalism as well as the economic advantages that it offers.
With both Swiss and Italian citizenships, Andrea presently holds a position as a member of the National Association of Swiss Analysts (SFAA) and the Scienti ic Committee of the Milton Friedman Institute. He is the representative of Swiss Analysts (SFAA) in EFFAS, the European Federation of Financial Analysts. His other professional role is that of Switzerland's representative to the prominent international organization Global Chamber of Business Leaders.

Andrea describes Switzerland as by far the best country in the world. The country is known for its quality of life, as an example of a well-functioning democracy, and for being one of the best business-friendly countries on earth.
In the words of Andrea, “True federalism is the cornerstone of Switzerland's great democracy, a model for sincere democrats all over the world. Democracy and true federalism are the bulwarks against totalitarianism and the driving force behind the prosperity and economic success of Switzerland.”
And this is what Andrea wants to promote through his organization, Swiss Federalism. The organization's primary agenda is to raise international awareness and promote true federalism, the cornerstone of Switzerland's civil, political and economic success. To him, Swiss federalism is a model that should be promoted and spread to other state institutions across the globe, and he believes that it should be made more widely known and understood.
Swiss Federalism as a platform offers businesses to use its Swiss and international network to grow. With this initiative, it hopes to connect the Swiss market with markets in other nations that share Switzerland's great values of freedom, democracy, and federalism.
In addition, the organization assists Swiss irms in their internationalization efforts, assists them in their digital transformation, in preparation for future dif iculties, and in their quest to enter new markets. Moreover, the organization draws capital to Switzerland by assisting non-Swiss irms in entering and investing in Switzerland, linking them with the local market, and assisting them in relocating by providing them with guidance and tax and insurance services.

This honor will be known as the 'Swiss Federalism, GCBL, and Milton Friedman Innovative Start-up/SME Award,' and its presentation will take place at a gala event scheduled for September 18th, 2021, in Zurich. Applicants from any country in the globe who have a viable business plan are welcome to apply, including university spin-offs, start-ups, innovative SMEs, and project ideas.
The most forward-thinking global 'mini-companies,' will be given signi icant worldwide exposure among the inest European, North American, and Swiss venture investors. And the irst twenty winners will be offered the opportunity, at their discretion, to become members of a Swiss investment fund. Through this fund,
they will be able to receive signi icant funding for their growth and internationalization projects, as well as to put their ideas into action in a way that is truly 'out of the box.'
