The events team will be happy to help with arrangements such as flowers, decorations, cakes and a photographer, or they can recommend local suppliers for you to organise yourself.
A time and place to celebrate Your celebration package includes the use of a private room of your choice; we have a number of event rooms to choose from varying in styles and sizes. Make a night of it We have bedrooms available at preferential prices for you and any of your friends or relatives wishing to stay overnight. We offer you 10% off our best available rate. All bedroom bookings and prices are subject to availability therefore we recommend booking early. Some dates and spaces may have a minimum night stay or a minimum number of room requirement. For example: when booking evening celebrations with live entertainment, 16 bedrooms are required to be booked as part of your event. Full pre-payment is required to book the bedrooms. Room prices fluctuate by season, day of the week and availability. Check with your event co-ordinator for the best price for your booking.
Confirming it all Generally we hold your date for seven days. During this time we will prepare a contract and pro-forma invoice, just sign and return the document with the deposit, 50% of the event value, and everything is definite, again we ask you to do this within seven days please. Closer to your event we will meet to go through all the details, put together a schedule for the celebration and prepare your final invoice for payment two weeks before the event date. We will process a refund after the event should it not be used, or please settle anything over and above this on departure. On the day your event will be managed by our experienced operations team.
