COVID-19 Measures

The health, wellbeing and safety of our team and guests is our top priority. We have robust standard operating procedures and risk assessments in all areas of the business. These assessments and SOPs are available on request. What to expect as a standard: currently hand sanitising stations remain in prominent locations across the hotel, plastic screens are in place in areas such as reception and our team are taking lateral flow tests twice a week. We remain a cashless business. Throughout the pandemic, we have become very agile at responding, updating and changing these protocols in line with any government guidance and will continue to do so for as long as it is needed.
