Orthopedic Rehabilitation
We know that recovering at home is more comfortable for most patients. Our goal with our orthopedic services is to increase your general mobility and function through increased joint motion and strength, while decreasing pain.
Skilled Nursing Care
Licensed nurses and home health aides provide care to speed your recovery from an injury, illness, post-surgical condition, chronic conditions or other physicianordered treatments. We will serve as your advocate and educator to help you, and your caregiver, learn how to maintain your optimal independence at home.
Therapeutic Services
Whether you need physical, speech or occupational therapy, we will adapt to fit you and your home environment. From performing assessments to ordering equipment, we will ensure you have what you need to heal and thrive.
Specialty Services
Our Anywhere Care team members are trained to care for various needs to help you recover, including specialty services such as wound care. If you need something specific to aid in your care, contact to discuss how we can fulfill this need.
Home Health Aide
While receiving Home Health, insurance will often cover intermittent in-home personal assistance. Our respectful, caring home health aides stand ready to assist with bathing, dressing and grooming during your home health episode of care.
Medical Social Worker Services
A medical diagnosis often brings with it emotional, financial and social repercussions. Our experienced social workers can serve as a sounding board as you process the impact of your condition and help you plan your future.
Costs & Eligibility
Medicare will cover 100% of EverTrue Home Health services if you meet the conditions below:
1. You’re under the care of a doctor who has signed an order for the treatment or service.
2. You require skilled care. While recovering from a recent illness, injury, or worsening medical condition, your physician indicates you require skilled nursing care, physical, occupational and/or speech therapy for your defined care period.

EverTrue Home Health works with traditional Medicare, most Medicare Advantage and commercial insurance plans.
