PRICING & FINANCING
ENTRANCE FEE
This is a one-time, upfront amount of money you pay that allows EverTrue to provide the Life Plan Community commitment, including full access to the continuum of care services should your health needs change.
REFUNDABILITY
A percentage of your Entrance Fee is eligible for refund should you permanently vacate your residence at the community.
BENEVOLENT CARE
Part of EverTrue’s nonprofit mission is to financially assist residents who have exhausted their own financial resources through no fault of their own. Through Benevolent Care, residents can continue to live within an EverTrue Community as part of our commitment to continued care.

Moving to a new home is exciting but can come with challenges. To ease this transition, EverTrue offers a dedicated Move-In Resources Team for residents moving into an EverTrue Life Plan Community that provides a step-by-step plan throughout the moving process.

Move Day Plan: Act as liaison between new resident and community to share move details throughout the process.
