2026 PAYMENT 1. Deposit: For Non-Residential Green Fees, the Preferred Partner shall pay the full booking amount within twenty-eight (28) days of making the reservation. The booking shall not be considered confirmed until full payment has been received in full by the Hotel. Once payment is received, a full confirmation will be sent to the Preferred Partner. For residential golf bookings, all applicable green fees are due at the same time as the accommodation payment.
2. Payment Methods: Payments may be made by BACS transfer, through a secure payment link provided by the Hotel, or by deduction from the credit card on file. The Preferred Partner is responsible for ensuring that payments are received by the due dates specified herein.
3. Cancellation and Forfeiture: If the Preferred Partner cancels the booking for any reason, the deposit paid shall be deemed non-refundable and forfeited in full. No compensation, credit, or refund will be provided for cancellations made after the deposit has been paid.

2027 PAYMENT 1. Deposit: For Non-residential bookings, the Preferred Partner shall pay a deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total booking amount within fourteen (14) days of making the booking. The booking shall not be considered confirmed until the deposit has been received in full by the Hotel. For residential golf bookings, all applicable green fees are due at the same time as the accommodation deposit.

Final Payment: For Non-Residential bookings, the remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) of the total booking amount shall be due and payable no later than sixty (60) days before the scheduled arrival date. For residential golf bookings, all green fees are due at the same time as the accommodation deposit.
