He says, “It is a war zone; literally all of the garages are flooded, and the entire neighbourhood needs to start from zero.” For thousands of people and hundreds of businesses, the efforts of Civil Protection Javea remain a beacon of hope amidst the sorrow, even as the dirt is cleared and the communities start to regain some semblance of normalcy again.
