HOW GREAT?

EXHIBITION: Will shed light on the extensive charity work carried out.

A NEW campaign named ‘How Great is Elche?’ is cur rently gracing Calle Corred era until October 19, after which it will embark on a journey to other locations throughout the district. This outdoor exhibition is designed to shed light on the extensive charity work un dertaken by the Elche City Council since 1996, spanning across various countries worldwide. The exhibition paints a vivid picture of the extraordi nary efforts made by the council, showcasing around 300 impactful projects. Celia Lastra, the councillor spearheading this initiative, emphasised its significance,

stating, “It is about being ac countable to the residents and informing them that Elche is present in many places in the world and that it is a supportive and gener ous city.” This exhibition serves as a testament to Elche’s global presence and its compas sionate, philanthropic na ture.

Comprising seven panels, the exhibition provides com prehensive information about the projects sub sidised by the Elche City Council. Each project is accompa nied by QR codes that allow visitors to delve into the pro jects in augmented reality, offering a more immersive and engaging experience.
