CARTAGENA’S historical legacy comes alive as Cartagena Puerto de Culturas and the Roman Theatre Museum cel­ ebrate the renowned Carthaginian and Roman Festivals. On Friday September 22, coinciding with a local holiday, the Museums of Cartagena will open their doors for an Open Day.
