Caring concert
LOCAL performing talent went on show at a spectacular event by the Diego Garrido López Performing Arts School in Vera. As well as showcasing musical and dance talent, organ isers put a festive twist on the event with a collection for the Red Cross. Young musicians and dancers from all disciplines put on impressive performance for a delighted audience in the event which was held in the Auditorio de Vera on Thurs day, December 22. The audience also got into the festive spir it by donating gifts and toys to a stall for the Red Cross’ Christ mas campaign. The Red Cross is carrying out an initiative across the country to ensure that no child is left without a gift at Christmas time. The gifts will be distributed by the Red Cross to families in need in the region.
