SUN, SEA, SOUND FOLLOWING a summer of in credible performances from major international acts along the Costa del Sol, Craig David brought the season to an awe inspiring finale with a concert at Puente Romano on Thurs day, September 15. Proving the coast is now the music destination for the world´s biggest and best acts, David rounded off a sizzling summer which played host to Simply Red, Texas, Simple Minds, UB40 Featuring Ali Campbell, Sister Sledge, Liam Gallagher, Arctic Monkeys, and Kraftwerk. Performing all of his most wellknown songs as well as amazing mashups of classic R&B and House tunes as the sun was setting, David packed out the Puente Romano tennis club. Getting the entire crowd on their feet, the artist sang his unforgettable songs including 7 Days, ReWind, I'm Walking Away and I Know You. Talking to the crowd throughout, he commented

on how amazing the night was following two years of event cancellations during the pan demic. Fans were treated to in credible mashups of TLC's Scrubs and Whitney Houston's It's Not Right But It's OK. Supporting David was up and coming LAbased artist Trevis, who has recently been featured heavily on BBC Radio 1. Trevis performed his hits in cluding Let Me Know and Av enue as he jumped off the stage and interacted with girls and women flocking around him.
The Euro Weekly News had the chance to speak to the ris ing singer and songwriter. Trevis told us: “I’ve previous ly lived in Spain and performed in Marbella quite a lot. Tonight was incredible and truly special to share the same stage with Craig David.” John Thomson, manager of Puente Romano said on the night: “Tonight was a very spe cial night in Marbella. The sum mer proved to last forever in Marbella. “And thanks to all the crowds who came to support us. What an amazing concert.”
