UNEMPLOYMENT DATA: The highest percentage is in the service sector.

Unemployment in the Balearics falls UNEMPLOYMENT has fallen in the Balearics in August. The number of people without work fell by 0.24 per cent compared to the same month last year with 7,118 people leaving the unemployment register. The current figure now stands at 62,382. According to data released by the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, by sector, 67.47 per cent of the unemployed are in services, followed by construction (19.44 per cent). However, the biggest monthly drop in unemployment also occurred in the service industry with 133 fewer people

unemployed, and the largest increase in occurred in construction with 542 more people finding themselves without work. As for ages, 8.9 per cent of the unemployed are under 25, while 51 per cent of unemployed are men. There are 11,116 foreigners without work, representing a decrease of 16.24 per cent (2,156 people) from a year ago with the majority of unemployed foreigners in the Balearics coming from outside the EU. Over 37,000 people receive some kind of benefit, representing an expenditure of â‚Ź32.8 million.

Motorbike crash AN elderly woman has died in a motorcycle accident on the Ma-3400 close to Santa Margalida. The 81-year-old woman was a passenger of the motorcycle and the driver, aged 82 was also injured after being hit by a car.

Returning to school costs €870 a child IT’S back to school time and whilst parents may breathe a sigh of relief at returning their little ones into the hands of teachers, their bank balances may not be quite so happy. The average cost to families on the Balearic Islands of sending their children back to school is an average €870 per child. This represents 3.14 per cent of the average €27,664 that a family spends each year, according to price comparison site Kelisto . The cost is higher than the national average, which stands at €838, 3.09 per cent of annual household spending.

A PALMA Local Police officer saved the life of two people in less than 48 hours. Pedro Adrover was covering a concert being held in the Maria de la Salut municipality during the festivals when the singer on stage spotted a man with a knife in his

hands and alerted police. Quickly Adrover and officers swooped on the alleged aggressor and arrested him before he attacked a fellow concert goer. Just 48 hours earlier Adrover had jumped into the water to save a Chinese masseuse who was

Balearics visitors on the increase VISITORS to the Balearics have shown an increase on figures from 2013. In the first seven months of 2014, 7.5 million tourists were registered, 1.45 per cent more than 2013. Germans still make up the largest group with 2.25 million, although this is 3.8 per cent less than 2013. Brits are the next largest group with 1.9 million (up 2.2 per cent on 2013). Spanish tourists from the mainland

were the next largest group of visitors with 1.2 million (up five per cent on 2013). The largest visitor increase was from Belgium whose numbers increased by 31.9 per cent to 108,766. Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and Austria were also showing increases. Apart from Germany, the only other countries showing a decrease were Finland, Ireland, Norway and Russia.

Pedestrian is in a Poisoned critical condition by smoke THE ring road of Palma was the scene of an accident where a pedestrian was run over. The pedestrian was in the area of Son Pardo when he attempted to cross the motorway. A car travelling from the direction of Andratx had no option but to hit him,

striking him while in the left hand lane. The pedestrian broke the windscreen on the passenger side with the impact. The man was transferred by ambulance to the hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

A WOMAN was poisoned by smoke at Club de Mar when a boat caught fire. The woman, suffering from smoke inhalation, was transferred by ambulance to Clinica Juaneda. The boat was dragged to an area near the cathedral to stop the fire spreading, before being put out.

Best year ever for cruise passengers ACCORDING to reports released by the Balearic Port Authority, Mallorca is looking forward to what looks to be ‘best season in history’ in terms of the number of cruise passengers arriving at local ports in 2015. The port of Palma is predicted to see more than 1.8 million cruise passengers with the figure likely to reach two million passengers when the figures are added to those from other ports in the area. The 1.8 million passengers expected to arrive in Palma during 2015, is nearly half a million passengers more than predicted for this year, reinforcing the area as one of the most visited cruise destinations in Europe.

Joint operation ends with €10.5 million seized goods GUARDIA CIVIL officers in the Balearic Islands have seized around 86,000 fake articles, five kilos of cocaine and over a ton of out-of-date food. Eleven people have been detained under suspicion of crimes against intellectual property and public health as well as drug trafficking. Officers of the Guardia Civil and agents from the

Inland Revenue Service have taken part in a joint operation, codenamed Muralla (wall), which has ended with the confiscation of goods worth over €10.5 million and a lot of drugs. The operation began by watching the port in Palma de Mallorca where the officers knew the illicit items were being brought in for their subsequent sale on the beaches and streets of the island. From there they just simply followed the trail left by the traffickers and importers. Six whole containers full of goods have been seized. They contained fake goods like clothes,

sunglasses and headphones, as well as high end fakes of handbags and shoes. All of the seized items were manufactured in China, Greece and Indonesia and all were destined for the European markets. Nine people have been detained in connection with these items. As well as the fake goods, police also found five kilos of cocaine and another two people are currently detained in connection with this find. All of the detained are currently being held on remand while investigations progress.

Clever Sofia at just 13 SOFIA BREEZE, of Melton in Leicestershire has just attained an A* in GCSE Castilian Spanish at the age of just 13. Sofia, who was educated from a young age in Mallorca, said that she and her school friends in Mallorca would speak to each other in Castilian Spanish although their school lessons were in Catalan. “In Mallorca we only had one Spanish lesson a week,” she said. Sofia and her family moved to Melton in Leicestershire last year. Mum Carolyn said the decision was made to move to Leicestershire because they were impressed by John Fernley College. “The school was very supportive and we are delighted,” said Carolyn.

Firemen spend night with injured tourist Trouble for salt makers FIREMEN made the decision to spend the night with an injured German tourist at the weekend in a hard to access area. The 70-year-old man had been walking in the Torrent de Pareis area of north-west Mallorca with friends when he fractured his arm. The Bomberos decided the area was too difficult to access in the dark, so made the decision to stay with him until daylight. At 8am a helicopter was able to rescue the man and transfer him to the central hospital for treatment.

Peppers are ready AUGUST’S end is the start of Mallorca’s island-wide harvest of red peppers, specifically the ‘pebre bord de tap de corti’ which can be seen hanging to dry on walls across the island, ready to grind. According to the farmers’ association, this year should yield approximately 30,000 kilograms of chilli powder. The powder is then used for a variety of recipes including the spicy sausage sobrassada, a sausage native to the island. The harvest is expected to last from now until October.

MALLORCAN sea salt from Ses Salines has become a bestseller among Mallorcan products. Now some producers could face trouble, because the Balearic Ministry of Agriculture has announced proceedings against three manufacturers in Ses Salines and Muro for false designation of origin. According to a report from the ministry of agriculture, the salt is not one hundred per cent Mallorcan, but has contents from other regions. The only brand to pass 100 per cent in the report was Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc. Fines of €15,000 are applicable for false designation of origin. The Ministry of Agriculture suggests the penalties in this case may be much higher in value.

T

HE treatment of the King family, who took their sick child out of a UK hospital and travelled to Spain, raises serious concerns about the rights of parents. Initially there were worries for the health of five-year-old Ashya, who is seriously ill with cancer. In that case the authorities were probably right to launch a hunt to track down the family. But once found and it became clear the parents were acting, in their opinion, with the best interests of Ashya at heart, was it really necessary to arrest them and whisk them hundreds of kilometres away to Madrid for an extradition hearing? Was it necessary to admit the little boy into hospital and then refuse him the comfort of visits from his obviously loving parents and siblings? A five-year-old-boy, seriously ill in

hospital in a strange land would be a frightened little boy, confused and wondering where his parents were. Who knows what thoughts were going through his head? And what a terrible ordeal for his parents to go through, not allowed to visit their beloved child in hospital, and forced to leave their other children in the care of their eldest son. Yes, initially the authorities acted in the best interests of Ashya, but once the wheels of bureaucracy ground into action, seemingly the last person to be considered was that same little boy. Yes, a European arrest warrant was issued, but once the circumstances came to light surely it could just as easily have been withdrawn? It was an appalling way to treat the whole family, and verging on barbaric the way Ashya was kept from his parents at a traumatic time in his life.

FOUR members of feminist group Femen pelted the Interior Ministry building with eggs to demand justice for rape victims. The activists from the feminist group showed up at the ministry in Madrid with Violacion = Marca España (Rape = Made in Spain), Stop Violación (Stop rape), No es No (No means no) and Violación no es tradición (Rape is not a tradition) written in black ink on their bare chests. They threw eggs at the building, chanting ‘A violador castrado, huevos estrellados’ (Smash the eggs of the castrated rapist - a play on words in Spanish between a man’s genitalia and actual eggs ‘huevos’). THE Pobla de Ifach excavations at the foot of the Calpe landmark are over for this year. The dig, overseen by the Alicante Archaeology Museum (MARQ) brought to light what must have been a guardroom, said dig director and archaeologist Jose Luis Menendez. Located at the approach to the mediaeval settlement it was around six metres wide and 16 metres long. The 40 student volunteers from 17 Spanish and European universities who spent July and August at the site have now uncovered approximately half of the building. They also located plaster walls with graffiti scrawled by the inhabitants and users of the building which was constructed between 1305 and 1325. Pobla d’Ifach was destroyed and abandoned in 1400, Menendez said, but it was the nucleus of Marina Alta towns like Calpe, Benissa and Teulada that were peopled by the descendants of the hundred or so families who once lived there. Juan Bautista Rosello, who heads the Alicante Diputacion’s Culture department, applauded this year’s findings. The natural and archaeological importance of the enclave was fundamental, he said, not only for Calpe but for the entire province.

ARENA CASE: Four of the five girls who died during the stampede.

Madrid chief of police charged MADRID Police’s Chief Inspector, Emilio Monteagudo, has resigned after being charged with 15 others in connection with the Madrid Arena stampede. Monteagudo is accused of being responsible for the deaths of five girls during the stampede which occurred at the Arena during a Halloween concert held on November 1, 2012. The event’s organiser

is also being prosecuted. Fourteen of the accused, including Inspector Monteagudo, are charged with five counts of manslaughter and 10 counts of causing injury. Two doctors working at the event, Simón and Carlos Viñals, have been charged on three counts of manslaughter due to serious professional negligence in connection to the deaths.

BUSINESS owners pay much attention to the running of their business. The poor relation on the ‘Must Do’ tick box is often customer care. I was reminded of this when my wife and I were met by ice cold officiousness from a booking clerk as we explained our needs. She had her inner demons. We were, I suppose, in her cross-hairs that day. The staff member’s offhand attitude spoiled for us, and no doubt others, what is known as the customer experience. Of the many business maxims collected one of my favourites is: “If we get it right tell the world. If we get it wrong tell us.” Good business advice but it can be a tough call. It is often easier to avoid unpleasantness and take your business elsewhere. However, it costs seven times as much to attract a new client as to keep an existing one.

As a business owner it pays to strike up a good relationship with customers. It pays extra dividends if you encourage them to help your business by remarking candidly on their customer experience and then putting flaws right. Here are a few facts that focus on the importance of treating the boss (the customer) with friendliness and civility. According to 1st Financial Training Services 96 per cent of customers don’t complain when disappointed by poor service; 91 per cent simply never return. A dissatisfied customer will tell nine to 20 people of their bad experience. Happy clients, according to the White House Office of Consumer Affairs, will express their satisfaction to just four to six people. Marketing sources agree that 70 per cent of buying experiences are based on the customer’s perception of how they were treated. Believe it or not price is secondary. Customers who rate your business five on a nought to five scale are six times more likely to return than a customer who marks you four to five. If your business is quiet whilst rivals are busier, then lack of customer care could be the reason.

Keep guns off the streets of Britain… I HAD seen this coming, as we can always count on Leapy Lee to rant on about dramatic events without ever offering any solution that could work. This time he has excelled himself. Hasn’t he seen the footage of the armed police presence in Ferguson, Missouri? Is that what he wants Britain to be like? A country with armed police or soldiers on every corner is not a free country, and I thought naively that a free country is what Leapy wants. Nobody should ignore the threat from Islamic extremists but dealing with them is the job of our intelligence services, and preventing radicalisation is everyone’s job. Stop demonising Muslims, get them involved in all levels of society. Leapy’s recipe would certainly increase the number of Muslims who despair of being truly accepted in Britain. It’s fortunate that his recipe has absolutely no chance of being adopted by the government, but his loose talk has quite enough bad effects. Please Leapy, we love you really, but don’t rant, don’t generalise, just think! Language hurdle I BOUGHT a washing machine in September 2011 for €229 and paid on the advice of the saleslady a further €40 to extend the warranty to 2014. The machine failed totally in July 2014 and I requested a full refund but was told to contact the store’s insurance company. The assistance I received was totally unhelpful and a telephone number I was given has been useless as I am always informed that no English-speaking person was available. At least six emails have been to no avail and the store itself is completely unhelpful. I would be very grateful, if through your paper you could make your readers aware that customer service often falls very short of what most customers would expect. Vicious circle THE Endesa website will not let me register for their Online Office. I emailed them for assistance as indicated on the website. They replied that I need to register on the website for Online Office before they can answer my

Flour remedy A FEW days ago I reached out for my hot iron without looking, missed the handle and grabbed the base. The pain was immense. I rushed to the pantry and thrust my hand into a bag of flour, squeezing my burnt fingers as advised in your newspaper. After a few moments all was tenderness and, as your correspondent stated, no blisters, no red marks, no pain! YOUR photo of rubbish at Cabo Roig is only the tip of the iceberg. To cross from one side of the strip to the other necessitates either wading through rubbish in the underpass or trying to avoid bottles, litter and worse on the foot bridge. The real thing I MUST respond to Flora Simmons’ letter No Bargain which appeared in response to my letter in the previous edition. My comments regarding people buying fake polo shirts from the Looky-Looky men was written from their point of view i.e. the shirts are perfect to them at around €15 rather than an extortionate €85. As for my not knowing the difference between the fakes and the real thing, quite right: I don’t own either. UK Plans To Restrict Personal Tax Allowance Following on from its plan to charge non-UK residents capital gains tax on the sale of UK residential property, the UK government is considering whether to withdraw the personal tax allowance from most non-residents. UK nationals are currently entitled to the UK personal allowances whether they are resident in the UK or abroad. It is also granted to many foreign non-residents, especially where their country has a tax treaty with the UK. Many countries, particularly most of the EU, the US, Australia and Canada, restrict entitlement to their own personal allowances. The government announced its intention to consult on restricting this allowance in the March budget, and the Treasury has now published its consultation document. HM Revenue & Customs estimate that 400,000 individuals who are nonresident for tax purposes claim personal allowances, and it costs the exchequer approximately £400 million a year. The Treasury now

Economic connection is likely to be measured by looking at what percentage of the individual’s worldwide income arises in the UK. Many other countries use this test, and if an individual’s income arising in the country is above a set amount (usually between 75% and

90%), they are eligible for the allowance. The UK government has expressed that this is the preferred option. The Treasury consultation document explains that although the loss of the UK personal allowance would mean nonresidents face increased UK tax liabilities, most of them would be able to claim relief overseas in the form of a credit for tax paid in the UK or exemption from tax in their home state. Most people would therefore not generally pay more tax overall, though this will depend on the relative level of tax rates and allowances between the UK and their country of residence - those living in low tax jurisdictions are likely to pay more tax. Retirees - Most retired British expatriates would not be affected. Tax treaty provisions generally mean that UK state pensions, personal or private sector occupational pensions are only

taxable in recipient’s states of residence. Government service pensions, however, are generally only taxable in Britain. Many retired expatriates do not have any other income which is taxable in the UK, so would not be affected by losing their allowance. Non-resident landlords are generally taxed on their UK rental income in their country of residence and the UK. They can claim double taxation relief, so should not face an overall cash loss. High income individuals are unlikely to be affected since their personal allowances are already tapered away by their high income. Middle income individuals (including professionals or managers seconded to the UK for a few months) are already likely to claim double tax relief in their country of residence against UK tax, so probably only those in low tax jurisdictions would face a loss. Low income individuals - To avoid administrative burden and tax

losses to these individuals, the government intends to put a de minimis limit in place. This is still only a consultation, so there are no changes to the personal allowance yet. The earliest something can happen is Budget 2015, although Budget 2016 is more likely. There is no need to worry yet, but should keep informed if the consultation is likely to affect you. As an expatriate living in Spain, you need to be aware of how UK tax, and changes there, could continue to affect you. Importantly, you need to understand the interaction of UK and Spanish taxation and ensure you are not missing out on opportunities to save tax. If you’ve got frizzy hair a broad nose and thick lips you are probably of African descent. If you have slanted eyes and a round face, you could well have connections with China, Japan or certain other Asian origins. If you are white with a narrow nose and round eyes you are likely to be from Europe or some western civilization. These dammed PC and racist ranters have actually managed to get millions of us denying our very existence. All of us are exactly the same on the inside; we have just evolved differently on the out, generally because of the wide assortment of environments that exist on this planet of ours. THE first contact obstacle will be the Scale or ‘A’ Frame and is best for the beginner dog, although many handlers will not believe this when they see the height is two metres. It is wide and a lot more formidable than a dog walk plank, which is also excellent for training beginner dogs. There will also be low jumps and a tunnel which dogs seem to love. Control training is needed to get from one obstacle to another and as the young dogs progress we start to teach different commands to turn the

You and your dog can have fun with agility if it is timed correctly and provided you and your dog are ready to progress. In my opinion it is important to remember that a dog that is happy and enjoying himself, is much more likely to try hard to please his owner, than one who is afraid he is going to get told off for a mistake. Fiesta replaces bulls with balls ANIMAL lovers will be applauding the Spanish town of Mataelpino after it decided to replace its bull running fiesta with a ball dodging event instead. The central Spanish town decided that animal rights activists were right and decided to leave the bulls alone, swapping them for large polystyrene balls instead. Now festival goers try to outrun the balls as they career down the streets. It has to be said that whilst possibly a lot of fun, it

surely does not get the adrenaline flowing quite like trying to avoid a herd of stampeding bulls. But the advantage is that it is now safe enough for children to take part, injuries are nothing worse than a sprain, and no animals are harmed. One local said: “It was the tradition, but it was a dying one. People don’t want to see frightened animals running for their lives any more. Many of the animals were hurt or traumatised and it wasn’t fair on them.”

Spain on a plate: Almeria Kitchen hacks is a mixture of influences for easier life THE gastronomy in the province of Almeria, Andalucia, is, as well as their own original dishes, a mixture of influences from the Granada Alpujarra region and the Murcia kitchen. One of the most popular dishes which is also served as a tapa in the bars is Jibia en salsa (cuttlefish in sauce). The cuttlefish is usually either boiled or grilled lightly and the sauce is made with a strong saffron influence and the juices from the fish – simple but very tasty. It is usually garnished with vegetables which have been boiled in the sauce to make them tastier. Caballa con pimientos (mackerel with peppers) is another typical dish of the area and, as the name suggests, it consists of lightly grilled mackerel, just seasoned with salt, and roasted peppers with a very light yet full flavoured wine reduction sauce. Cazon en adobo (marinated dogfish) is one of the region’s favourite tapas and is just simply dogfish which has been marinated in a mix of vinegar, saffron, oregano,

when they are nearly done onions and other vegetables are thrown in to absorb the flavour of the meat juices coming off the sausages and topped off with a healthy dash of wine reduce and serve. Just remember to start off with good quality sausages.

THERE are several short cuts that can make life in the kitchen so much easier to deal with and they don’t even require very much effort. Here are some of the most useful. Peel a few large pieces of fresh ginger and break them into one inch square cubes then just place them in the freezer and take out as required. They can be grated from frozen to cut down on the amount of juice that they usually lose. Keep onions and garlic fresh by placing them in opaque paper bags with plenty of air holes punched in. If kept in plastic bags they will go mouldy within weeks the punched holes in the paper bags allow air to circulate and keep them fresh for months.

FRESH ONIONS: Keep in a paper bag. To prevent an open avocado from going brown either keep the stone in it or pour a capful of wine vinegar over the cut surface of the avocado - this reduces oxidation which is what makes it go brown. Get perfectly shredded chicken without a fuss or scorched fingers by putting it in the food mixer - just remember to use the paddle attachment and not the cutting knives. After making mayonnaise, save leftover egg whites by pouring them into ice cube trays to be used at a later date.

Yes, we’ve been bombarded on all sides by images of scantily dressed women and unrealistically smiling family groups trying to turn current concerns - the recession, the UK’s late-summer blustery weather, mother-in-law’s annual visit - into sun-drenched bliss. But hey, now there’s an alternative if you’re looking for a late summer break and a bit of travel one-upmanship! And just think of all those ‘triffic’ photos you’ll be able to upload on your return on Facebook!

Construction led bankruptcy TWENTY-FIVE per cent of the companies that went into bankruptcy in the second quarter of 2014 were construction companies. According to recent data from the National Statistics Institute (INE), even though the number of companies that filed for bankruptcy between April and July dropped by 30 per cent, 25 per cent of them were construction companies and the sector has led bankruptcies in Spain for the last six years. Out of the 9,143 companies that went bankrupt in Spain in 2013, 2,430 were engaged in the construction sector. However, the number has declined when compared to 2012, when the number of companies closing was 2,487. Since the outbreak of the crisis, 11,227 real-estate related businesses have closed their doors, which represents an annual average 10 WHILE it is true that the Euro crisis sent shockwaves throughout many countries in the old continent, there is no denying that few if any were hit as hard as Spain. Not only did the value of its property market take a significant nosedive, but also the level of interest from investors began plummeting after the outbreak of the crisis in early 2009. However, this may well be the right time to start investing again in properties in Spain thanks to some positive market trends witnessed so far this year. It was not that long ago that Spain’s property market was in a boom, with real estate and construction accounting for 18 per cent of the country’s gross domestic product. In 2007 there was a €30 billion market cap, but now this has dropped to merely 10 per cent of that. The good news is that the Spanish economy is showing hopeful signs of

Rowe Price’s European Portfolio Manager Dean Tenerelli is aware of this and offers cautious albeit optimistic advice to investors looking to capitalise on Spain’s realestate sector. “At this early stage it is important to identify highquality companies that can sustainably grown and deliver high return on capital as Spain’s rental market matures,” he said.

ROPERTY prices in Spain’s luxury real-estate market have remained stable in the last two quarters. The number of transactions has seen a substantial increase throughout all regions and the gap between sales and asking prices is still narrowing, according to the latest figures from Spanish real-estate agency Lucas Fox. Foreign investors account for nearly 100 per cent of Lucas Fox sales and the interest from clients from the Middle East and the Far East continues to increase. Moreover, investors from Northern European countries have been lured back to Spain’s real-estate market by bargain prices and good investment opportunities. According to Lucas Fox, there was a steady sales upturn between January and June when compared to the same

The main difference now is that sellers are more realistic and the prices they are asking for are more in line with expectations from buyers, he added. As stated by Lucas Fox, the residential market in Ibiza is still booming and the number of transactions has seen a sizable increase when compared to 2013. Furthermore, demand exceeds supply thus increasing the prices of premium properties in some areas. Most buyers interested on the island’s prime market properties come from Northern European countries and the UK, but the number of investors from the United States has doubled in the last 12 months.

Magaluf headlines won’t impact on yacht industry WHILST Magaluf has become notorious this summer, a Port Andratx-based company said it will have zero impact on Mallorca’s luxury yacht industry. Lorenzo Vila, Director of easyboats, founded in Mallorca in 1989, said: “Our clients are of course aware of the Magaluf situation, and feel sad as they know the ‘real’ Mallorca as well as we do, but the headlines are not putting people off. If anything, in spite of its location, Nikki Beach is enjoying far greater success than many predicted when it opened in 2012, with a constant stream of super- and megayachts from all over the Med paying the venue a visit for glamorous dining and partying.” Easyboats have certainly seen the charter industry at its best and at its worst. “When we started, the charter business was very authentic, ethical, and supply versus demand was much more controlled,” said Lorenzo.

Fastest yachts in the world WHAT are some of the world’s fastest yachts? Built by Millenium Super Yachts, World is Not Enough is reportedly the only yacht in the world to have ever reached 70 knots. Propelled by two Paxman 18-Cylinder diesel engines, which offer 10,870hp, and by two TF80 Lycoming turbines (an extra 9,200hp), this luxury superyacht is the brainchild of John Staluppi and John Rosatti. Built in 2005, this 42-metre Millenium 140 can journey to approximately 3,800 nautical miles. The list also includes the Foners, formerly known as Fortuna. She was built for King Juan Carlos of Spain. Once described as a formula one prototype by the head of the stateowned shipyard where she was built, the Foners won the title of the fastest

yacht in the world in 2008 after reaching 68 knots. The previous record (66.7 knots) had been set by Moonraker in 1992. The Foners has an overall length of 41.5 metres and is propelled by two MAN diesel engines and three Rolls Royce gas turbines. Other worthy contenders for the title of fastest yachts in the world are Alamshar (65 knots), Gentry Eagle (64 knots), WallyPower (60 knots) and Brave Challenger (60 knots).
