– slightly overhanging – slightly slanted tree strap

– wraparound & tie

– centered & right under solar panel – partialy sheilded by roof camera lense (+ AI animal recognition technology)

– thin & weak fabric speaker – one rounded on front – no side speakers

settings – a couple side dials (to adjust Hz & sensitivity) – no buttons

2nd prototype

solar panel roof

– overhanging more so it can better protect the lens

– slanted more so water can run off faster tree strap

– thicker & adjustable strap wraps around

– plastic loop hooks into slot

– centered + slightly lower under solar panel to maintain range of vision camera lens

– flashes if low battery (+ AI animal recognition technology) alert light

– a couple side dials adjust Hz & sensitivity)

settings

– on/off button

– alerts when recognizing animal

speaker

– one flat on front

– no side speakers

– SOS emergency satellite alert button

– notifies emergency contacts & nearest emergency/rescue services

Final Prototype

(+ AI animal recognition technology)

solar panel roof

– still overhanging so it can protect the lens

– even more slanted

– detachable via magnets so panel can be used to charge other things

tree strap

– same thicker & adjustable strap that wraps around

– carabiner hooks into reenforced & expanded slot

– centered + slightly closer under solar panel

camera lens

– alerts when recognizing animal

– a couple side dials (to adjust Hz & sensitivity)

– on/off button

– flashes if low battery alert light

back handle

settings

– SOS emergency satellite alert button

– notifies emergency contacts & nearest emergency/rescue services

– small strap that allows the Wildera to be hung or put on a tree branch

fre

no wifi connection neccesary

– SOS emergency satellite alert button – notifies emergency contacts & nearest emergency/rescue services sensitivity dial – controls the theshhold of animal movemt that will trigger an alert

Wildera App

• connects to remote control • online interactive danger/sighting maps

• customizable emergency alert settings & contacts

state & national parks campgrounds extreme/ remote campers

Next Steps

1. create tangible remote control device

3. further develop Wildera app features

2. create more ways for the camera to turn/swivel

4. create camouflage prototype

5. create grippier tree strap
