Originating from a double-height reception area, the multifunctional office environment seamlessly transitions between enclosed zones dedicated to meetings and workrelated activities, and open spaces. The design integrates operational and leisure areas tailored for both employees and clients, including an elevated coworking space.

From the initial conceptualization to the public unveiling, the inaugural establishment of the Chinese tea brand, DreamCha’, was meticulously brought to fruition. The design centers around cultivating a luminous & uncluttered ambiance, with an undisturbed focus on their tea encounters.

The vision prioritizes simplicity in form, clean lines & unambiguous materiality.

The spatial configuration is adhering to a linear aesthetic.

The establishment presents two distinct zones, each serving a unique purpose. One segment is devoted to showcasing the central focal point, the counter, facilitating the preparation and consumption of tea. The other one is allocated for the exhibition & retail of the brand’s product offerings.
