WHEREAS, Michael Nunziata, 13th Floor Woodlands HB GP, designated agent for

the property owner, Clublink US, LLC, is requesting Site Plan Approval ( Major) to allow for the development of the subject property, formerly known as the Woodlands Golf Course, to

permit the construction of three hundred thirty-five ( 335) single family homes in nine ( 9) separate pods located south of W Commercial Boulevard, north of NW 44 Street, east of NW 64 Avenue, and west of Rock Island Road ( Case No. 14- SP- 19); and

WHEREAS, the subject property received approval on Second Reading of a Large Scale Land Use Amendment and Rezoning from the City Commission on March 22, 2023, changing

zoning
