WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac, pursuant to Section 200.065, Florida Statutes adopted its Operating Budget, Revenues and Expenditures, the Capital Budget and the Financial Policies for the Fiscal Year 2022 by approving Ordinance 2021-031 on September 28, 2021; and WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac, pursuant to Section 166.241(3), Florida Statutes amended its Operating Budget, Revenues and Expenditures and the Capital Budget for Fiscal year 2022 by adopting Ordinance 2022-005 on April 27, 2022; and WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to amend its Operating Budget, Revenues and Expenditures and Capital Budget pursuant to Section 166.241(3).; and CODING: 132691000.1
