MORAVIAN SPARROW WITH PUMPKIN CABBAGE

600 g pork shoulder, 200 g onion, 1 Hokaido pumpkin (approx 500 g), 100 g potatoes, garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper. Wash the Hokaido pumpkin, cut for pieces, get rid of seeds and grate on a coarse grater. Do not peel the pumkin. Put the grated pumpkin altogether with chopped onion and finely grated potatoes into Pečenka. Sprinkle with salt and vinegar. Cut the pork shoulder into cubes sprinkle with salt and pepper.
