Freshman/Transfer Student Profile FALL 2012 • Office of Enrollment Management Dear Readers, I am pleased to share the East Stroudsburg University Fall 2012 Freshman and Transfer Student Profile. With ongoing updates, the Office of the Vice President for Enrollment Management will communicate progress toward meeting the University’s goals with regard to strategic priorities, while providing transparency to the campus community and its stakeholders on the entering class profile and other key enrollment metrics. The division of enrollment management will, in a shared mission with a unified campus community: n Build an enrollment management identity, organization, and culture at East Stroudsburg University while enhancing admissions, orientation and new student programs, student records, student accounts, financial aid, and career development and student success functions to meet the university’s strategic priorities. n Proactively manage undergraduate enrollment size and composition.
n Enhance and integrate East Stroudsburg University’s state, regional, national and international marketing and communication efforts to proactively promote the University to prospective students, parents, and other key influencers. n Implement strategies to provide students and parents with financial literacy education and increased levels of financial assistance. The ESU Enrollment Management Division looks forward to working with faculty, staff and administration to recruit, enroll, serve, and retain the best, brightest, and most diverse student body from Pennsylvania, throughout the country, and around the world.
