• This amenity-rich, mixed-use residential complex offers 352 apartments in an oceanside community just south of downtown Boston. • Elkus Manfredi designed all common areas, including the lobbies, club rooms, lounges, fitness center, and kitchen/café spaces. • Design touches, like a handmade felted wool wall-covering, lend softness while the colors throughout the space transition from rich ocean hues to earthy tones.

• Each of the seven townhomes are three floors including a single car garage and rooftop terrace. • The first floor of the apartment building features two retail spaces. The second floor is where all amenities are located, including a pool, outdoor game area, yoga studio, fitness center, wine lounge and great room,complete with a demo kitchen. In addition, co-working and study zones on this floor give residents a place to focus outside of their apartment. Studio and multi-bedroom units can be found on floors 2-7 of the building.

• Alcott is a 44-story residential tower located in Boston’s West End neighborhood, steps from the TD Garden. • Elkus Manfredi designed the residential tower, which provides over 500,000 square feet of development above grade, including approximately 470 rental units, 20,000 square feet of common and amenity space, 2,300 square feet of retail, and nearly an acre of new public open space. • The design embodies key urban design principles: recognizing and reinforcing the existing neighborhood scale, improving pedestrian access, creating new urban open space, and making important connections beyond the perimeter of the site. • Elkus Manfredi Architects designed a dramatic new building on Boston Harbor between Pier 4 and the Seaport World Trade Center. At 250 feet tall, the design of the twisting sculptural form of the building celebrates the forces of the sea and evokes the billowing sails of ships plying the harbor • The building consists of 124 condominiums, 10,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, an underground garage, and a large open-air deck at ground level that completes another segment of Boston’s HarborWalk for public enjoyment. • Sepia is one of two condominium buildings within Ink Block. • Sepia features a hospitality-inspired residential design concept that acknowledges the industrial heritage of the neighborhood while introducing a sophisticated, upscale contemporary experience. • In a nod to the newspaper history of the site, the name “Sepia” refers to a warm tone of printer’s ink. The color palette for the units and common areas is grounded in warm sepia tones.

• Elkus Manfredi Architects is providing master planning, building design, and interior design for Harborside 8, a new 65-story addition to the vibrant Harborside waterfront district in Jersey City. A phased project on a 2.9-acre site, the first 1.9-million-sf tower and podium is designed to complement the existing Harborside properties. • A full program of luxurious amenities are housed at the podium rooftop levels, including an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, a deck, movie theatre, kids play center, dog runs, a maker space, and gym and yoga facilities. • Completion is expected in 2027.

• To celebrate the landmark hotel’s 100th anniversary, White Elephant Nantucket engaged Elkus Manfredi Architects to design a top-to-bottom transformation and renovation of the 54-room hotel and its 11 cottages. • The design draws inspiration from Nantucket — its history, the quality of its natural light, its landscape — to breathe new life into the historic buildings and immerse guests in an authentic Nantucket vacation experience. • A redesigned lobby sets the tone for relaxed elegance, and the entire hotel is filled with details that honor the colors, textures, and artistic legacy of the island.
