In order to achieve more inclusive student exchanges, the project ‘’Rainbow Flag to the Right and Straight on ‘Til Inclusion’’ was established aiming to raise awareness, create policy recommendations and better support international LGBTQI+ students and youth during their mobility period.
Part of this initiative was the Rainbow Task Force, a team dedicated to creating the questionnaire, collecting the data and analysing the reality that international LGBTQI+ students experience in their mobility destinations. This information provided insight on what should be kept, started or stopped from the current situation and what the Erasmus Student Network can do towards the improvement and the empowerment of international LGBTQI+ students.
