Keeping mills operating and revenue rolling Situation A large cement mill operator was experiencing problems in the rotary kiln and cooling system. The flexible coupling connecting the motor to the pump was causing distress.
Solution
In order to achieve this, the equipment needed to be upgraded to a design which required less maintenance, which in turn will reduce downtime and improve safety.
