19.00: ARC Opening Ceremony (closed event)

February 10th - 12th 41st ARC business programme

PARKING

Complimentary parking is available, subject to capacity, with valid credentials

ACCREDITATION

Accredited media may collect their passes at the dedicated desk at the Crowne Plaza.

The passes will allow you full access to the Asian Racing Conference Business Programme at the Crowne Plaza, including the International Forum for the Aftercare of Racehorses (IFAR) conference on Monday February 9.

Credentials granted at the discretion of the JCSA and may be revoked at any time.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

Media are not permitted to access the Opening and Closing Ceremony.

However media may attend the Edge of the World excursion on Friday February 13.

The cost is USD50 and tickets may be purchased by emailing info@arcriyadh2026.com.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

There will be marked zones and an elevated platform within the Conference venue where photographers and videographers may capture images and record footage.

Photographers and videographers are requested to take care not to block delegates or other media from their view of panel discussions. Media are asked to keep movements around the hall to a minimum to avoid disrupting the conference.

Media should not bring drones to Saudi Arabia, they will be confiscated at the airport and we will not be able to recover them.

A selection of images and video content from the day will be made available here each day. (live from Monday 9th)

MEDIA CENTRE

There will be a dedicated Media Centre at the venue with Wifi and printer available.

Media Centre Opening Times: 0900-1800 Monday 9th to Thursday February 12th

FOOD AND DRINK

Complimentary tea and coffee will be available in the Media Centre and there are a number of cafes and restaurants in the Crowne Plaza complex.
