DENPASAR - Australian drug smuggler Scott Rush told an Indonesian court Thursday he would like to “rehabilitate” himself and become an “ambassador against drugs”. The 24-year-old member of the socalled Bali Nine gang is appealing against his death sentence for a 2005 attempt to smuggle 8.3 kilogrammes (18.3 pounds) of heroin into Australia from the Indonesian resort island of Bali. “There are no words to express how I feel or to express my sorrow for what I’ve done. I have only hope that I can be forgiven,” Rush told the Denpasar district court in Bali. “I often wake up having nightmares, I often think about the firing squad and how long will it take me to die,” he said, reading a note that he wrote on Indonesia’s Independence Day on August 17. “I pray I can be given a chance to rehabilitate myself. I’d like to be an ambassador against drugs.” Rush had a life sentence upgraded to death on appeal in 2006. His lawyer, Frans Winarta, said that the death sentence was unjust as Rush

The defendant Mawardi alleged to have killed the Japanese citizen, Hiromi Shimada, was ultimately sentenced to 20 years in prison, on trial at Denpasar District Court last Wednesday (Aug 25). The panel of judges chaired by I Gusti Bagus Komang Wijaya Adi declared that defendant was proven to have violated the Article 339 of the Criminal Code. “Deed of defendant was categorized to be sadistic because he did not only kill, but also molested and robbed the victim’s property. The judge saw no forgiving reason to negate the deed of defendant. Additionally, defendant is deemed capable of accounting for his criminal acts,” affirmed Komang Wijaya Adhi. In its decision letter, the judge declared that defendant was proven legally and convincingly to have committed a criminal act followed or accompanied with murder or preceded by a theft crime and abuse. Based on a number of witnesses presented at the trial, all provided information having relation to each other. Completed with the information of defendant before the trial, it more convinced the panel of judges that defendant had been duly convicted in accordance with his deeds. Deeds of defendant, the judge continued, seriously damaged the image of Bali as an international tourist destination. Meanwhile, the alleviating consideration was both defendants admitted and regretted their actions and having a family dependant. The incident occurred on December 25, 2009. It was

In her home, the woman born on February 25, 1968 invited again the two building workers to have a cup of arrack. However, Mawardi and Abdurahman refused, so Shimada chose to drink alone. Shortly thereafter, Shimada asked permission to take bath. At that moment, Abdurahman followed Shimada and forced her to have an intercourse. Shimada who was naked refused the request and chose to scream. Abdurahman assisted Mawardi to hold the hands and mouth of Shimada. Then, they both brought her into the room and lay down Shimada on the floor. Mawardi then sat on the victim’s stomach while pointing a knife at around her stomach. Since the victim constantly struggled, he then struck the victim’s face with his left hand repeatedly. However, because she kept on giving resistance, Abdurahman then bound the victim’s mouth with a cloth. Meanwhile, Mawardi then turned the victim’s body into face downward position. Reconstruction on the robbery at a Trade in Office in Hardys supermarket areal, Ngurah Rai Street, Singaraja, last Wednesday (25/8) went tense. Besides being watched by many people one act to another, it was also being tightly secured by the police. In the reconstruction, accused Gede Mertayasa alias Bagler (36) performed 54 acts in five locations. Starting at a garage near Buleleng KPUD Office, then continued to the Trade in Office. After that it continued to Singaraja City Garden and then to his flat also to Tukad Banyumala. From the reconstruction result, it is seen the accused have planned this robbery very well by borrowing a hammer for the garage mentioned above. In that garage, the accused admitted going to use it to nail something in his room. After successfully getting the hammer, he then straight away went to Hardys Singaraja. At that time accused brought a black bag pack and drove a blue colored Shogun motorcycle. Accused went in Hardys and went straight away to the Trade in Office on the south side of the ground floor.

When going in the areal for reconstruction yesterday, Bagler’s face seems pale and shocked. During the abuse act inside the office, accused seemed very weak. The atmosphere went tense so then the police gave him mineral water twice so it can be continued. Inside the office, accused strangled victim Mirza Resti Nirmala’s neck, a Trade in Office worker, who was working alone at that time. Accused then punch victim’s head with his fist. Victim was then forced to open the safe and accused took the money and some items. Accused then abused the victim and hit her on the safe door then with the hammer twice on the back of her head. Accused then left the Trade in Office and went to the Singaraja City Garden to save his hammer on the motorcycle’s compartment. He then

gave back the hammer by throwing it to the garage then went to his flat to change his clothes and wrap up his blood stained clothes. The next act, Bagler went to Tukad Banyumala at Bakti Seraga to throw away the plastic bag with those blood stained clothes. Head of Criminal Department Buleleng Police Resort, Adjunct Police Commissioner Dewa Made Adnyana, mentioned there were 54 acts in this reconstruction and that accused has planned this robbery as he has borrowed a hammer to hit victim’s head twice on the back of her head. According to Adnyana, this reconstruction also mended the news all this time where it says victim was shot. In this case, accused has violated Criminal Code section 365 paragraph 3 and with possible punishment 15 years jailed. (kmb15)

This time it’s still verifying process on incoming

proposals. It was said, the 2,5 billion will be divided to 100 of disadvantaged people groups that are in the 9 region/cities of Bali. Pakpong said the Briton fled Thailand shortly before the arrest warrant was approved. He is the third Westerner to be arrested in connection with the protests, which sparked a series of clashes between demonstrators and armed troops in April and May, leaving 91 people dead and almost 1,900 wounded. SEOUL - South Korea offered Thursday to ship emergency flood aid to North Korea, while China will also help out its close ally amid reports the impoverished country’s food crisis could worsen this year. The isolated North has reported widespread flooding this summer, which washed away homes, roads, railways and farmland and caused an unspecified number of deaths. The deluge caused North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il to change his route on a reported visit to China Thursday, heading via Manpo in North Korea to China’s Jian City and avoiding a flood-stricken area, a South Korean official said. South Korea’s Red Cross said Thursday it had sent a message to North Korea offering emergency aid to the communist country. “North Korea received our message today and we are waiting for a reply,” Red Cross spokesman Lee Yoon-Hwan told AFP. It was the first such proposal since tensions mounted dramatically over the sinking of a South Korean warship in March with the loss of 46 lives, he said. Seoul cut off most cross-border trade and relations after accusing Pyongyang of torpedoing the ship — an accusation vehemently denied by the North. The South is ready to ship relief goods such as food and medicines, Lee said, adding the scale of aid would be determined later. North Korea’s sole major ally China will also provide an unspecified amount of “emergency relief materials”, the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported Thursday. “This measure will encourage the Korean people in their efforts to recover from the flood damage as early as possible and more energetically step up the building of a thriving nation,” the agency said. The report followed a message of sympathy from China’s president Hu Jintao to North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il. In the message, quoted by KCNA, Hu expressed “deep sympathy and consolation” over “the sad news that some parts of your country were hit by severe floods recently, causing casualties and property

losses”. Heavy downpours last week swelled the Yalu River, which forms part of the border between China and North Korea, sending water spilling over its banks on both sides. After decades of deforestation, the North is particularly vulnerable to flooding. In 2007, it reported at least 600 people dead or missing from devastating floods. CAPE TOWN - Thousands of striking public service workers gathered for rallies in major cities across South Africa on Thursday to press their claims for higher wages on the ninth day of a crippling strike. The rallies were scheduled as unions representing over a million workers, who declared an indefinite strike on August 18, threatened to broaden the strike into a total industrial shutdown. “We are expecting thousands and thousands of people,” said teachers’ union general secretary Mugwena Maluleke in Johannesburg. The marches were a message to the government to bring a revised wage offer to unions, said Maluleke, who estimated that nearly 800,000 workers had joined the strike.

“If the government does not do that, this strike will continue. The unions are not willing to back down.” The country’s largest trade union federation Cosatu has called on all of its affiliates — which include unions in key mining and manufacturing sectors — to strike in solidarity with public servants if their demands are not met. The public sector strike has severely hit schools and hospitals with army medics mobilised to support skeleton staff. Unions are insisting on an 8.6 percent increase and a 1,000-rand (137-dollar, 107-euro) housing allowance. The government, which has offered a seven percent rise and a 700 rand allowance, said it cannot afford the union demands.

A terror group discovered in Aceh in February was allegedly training for a gun attack on Jakarta similar to the assault by a squad of militants on Mumbai, India, which killed 166 people in 2008. “There are a number of terrorist suspects (from the Aceh-based group) still at large. I suspect that the loot from armed robberies has helped finance this terrorist group,” national police spokesman Marwoto Soeto said. In the most spectacular of the recent heists, 16 gunmen armed with military-grade assault rifles attacked a bank in Medan, near Aceh, in broad daylight last week. JAKARTA - Indonesia said Wednesday it is investigating reports that Malaysia abused three Indonesian officials after illegally detaining them in Indonesian waters, but called for calm on both sides. Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa told lawmakers that any abuse of an Indonesian official in Malaysian custody would be “unacceptable” under any circumstances. In response to tough questioning from lawmakers demanding to know what action had been taken, the minister said Jakarta had sent a protest letter to Kuala Lumpur on August 18 in which Indonesia “strongly condemned the arrests”. “We are gathering information and interviewing the officials about what happened in the detention centre and on the boat,” he said, amid conflicting reports about how one of the officials suffered head injuries in custody. The officials — arrested in disputed waters last week and held for several days before being released Tuesday — complained of being handcuffed and given only one meal a day. Natalegawa said Indonesia was increasing maritime patrols in waters claimed by both countries off the Riau islands after the latest in a string of incidents and alleged incursions. “Indonesia never considers those zones as grey areas... On the contrary, we’re increasing patrol operations to show our jurisdiction and sovereignty over them,” Natalegawa said. Police said they had boosted security at the Malaysian embassy in Jakarta after protesters managed to hurl a package containing human faeces at the building on Monday. However, only three of the modern shops have the proper permit or ITUM. The statement was said by the head of Denpasar Authorization Department, A.A. Ray Soryawan on Thursday August 26th 2010. He also said that the proper modern shops must have the permit according to the local rule number 9 in 2009. Soryawan explained that until August 2010, Denpasar government only publish one permit for modern shops which is for Alfa Mart. There are some shops that apply for the permit but it must be postponed because the shops don’t qualify especially in terms of the buildings. “There are some requirements needed to get the permit including the characteristics of the building,” he said. Each permit which contains 1 company name only can have 28 braches in Denpasar. Soryawan said “according to the rule, for one company, the total branches are limited to 28 consist of 1 regular shops, two franchise,

and four self operated shops.” He said that there are some shops that exciding the quota given by the government such as Circle K which has 48 shops throughout the city and the government will act to reduce the number of the shops. Previously, there are some shops that are sealed by the government because they didn’t have the proper permit. Unique burial tradition in Bangli BANGLI – The people in Penglipuran and Bayung Gede in Bangli regency have a unique burial tradition. They differentiate the burial position between male and female. I Wayan Supat, the elder in the village, explained that the female will be buried face up while the male the other way around. He said that the different position symbolize “akasa” and “pertiwi”. “The female represent pertiwi or earth so they are berried face up while the male represent akasa which means the sky so they must be buried up side down so they can meet with different element. It also means the meeting

between earth and sky and according to our believe, both elements are the basic elements which create live,” Supat said. The different burial tradition only exists in both villages in Bangli. While the head of Bayung Gede village, I Wayan Suwela said that only both village have the tradition. “Both villages have historical relationship so there is similarity in the burial process. If someone died, the elder will hit the kentongan, traditional alarm, as the symbol of condolences. Then, the people will gather to discuss the proper date to burry the body,” he explained.

Suwela also said that during the process of bringing the dead body to the cemetery, the people don’t use any offerings, not like the other Hindus in Bali. After arrive on the cemetery, the body will be bathe once more after the similar procession done in the house of the dead person. The water that being use to bathe the body is not ordinary water. The water must be carried using bamboo by the relatives. After the dead body bathe, the body will be carried around the cemetery 11 times toward the right. “After all procession is done, the body will be buried according to the tradition,” Suwela said.

WASHINGTON - The odds of the US economy slipping back into recession have risen as new data point to a worsening housing slump and the manufacturing sector slowing markedly amid high unemployment and weak consumer spending.

TOKYO - Japan will prepare an outline of fresh economic stimulus measures “as soon as possible”, the government’s top spokesman said Thursday, amid reports that a plan could be ready by the end of the month. Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshito Sengoku said the government would draw up stimulus plans in the coming days. “Given the current situation, we will decide on it as soon as possible,” he told reporters. His comments came as the Nikkei business daily and other media said the government planned to put together an outline of the fresh economic package by the end of August, citing unnamed government sources. The daily said Prime Minister Naoto Kan was considering a supplementary budget to pay for the new measures, without citing sources. Pressure on Japan to produce a bolder economic policy and counter the effects of the strong yen has mounted as stocks fall and slower export growth and weak GDP data point to a slowing recovery. Exports have been crucial to Japan’s post-recession growth but the yen’s current strength against other major currencies harms repatriated overseas profits, while there are fears the strong currency could send more production abroad. The US government said Wednesday that new homes sales fell to their lowest level in about half a century and manufacturing orders came in far worse than expected. Sales of new single-family houses unexpectedly slumped 12.4 percent in July to 276,000 units from a month earlier — breaking below the 300,000 level for the first time in the 47 years the government has been gathering the data. The figure baffled most economists, who had expected sales to rise on the back of falling prices and record low borrowing costs. On Tuesday, an industry group said existing US home sales — considered the core of the residential real estate market — plunged a whopping 27.2 percent in July to levels unseen in more than a decade. In another surprise Wednesday, government data showed new orders for manufactured durable goods — items such as planes, cars, refrigerators and computers — rising only 0.3 percent in July. In addition, business capital spending showed a massive contraction, according to the data. Core capital orders — a proxy

for future business investment — declined 8.0 percent, the worst such reading in 18 months. The lackluster orders for durable goods signal setbacks for the star manufacturing sector. Against the bearish backdrop, the prospects of the US economy going into a “double dip” recession is increasing, especially as high unemployment restrains consumer spending, a key growth driver, economists say. “The odds of a second dip have risen, but this owes to weaker hiring and consumer spending,” said Aaron Smith, a senior economist for Moody’s Economy.com. Housing was also turning out to be a “bigger headwind” for the overall recovery, he said. PARIS - A dozen hefty security guards held back the crowd gathered on a Paris street this week to glimpse US director Martin Scorsese jump into a limo at lunch break during the shoot of his latest film, a 3-D fantasy releasing late next year. But the Oscar-winning 67-yearold, shooting in the City of Light for only the second time in 17 years, was too quick for the fans, skirting the crowd incognito on foot to be picked up a few hundred yards away by a luxury limousine. “Keep moving, we’re shooting,” said harried security guards. HONG KONG - Like every Chinese child, Li Hanwei spent her schooldays memorising thousands of the intricate characters that make up the Chinese writing system. Yet aged just 21 and now a university student in Hong Kong, Li already finds that when she picks up a pen to write, the characters for words as simple as “embarrassed” have slipped from her mind. “I can remember the shape, but I can’t remember the strokes that you need to write it,” she says. “It’s a bit of a problem.” Surveys indicate the phenomenon, dubbed “character amnesia”, is widespread across China, causing young Chinese to fear for the future of their ancient writing system. Young Japanese people also report the problem, which is caused by the constant use of computers and mobile phones with alphabetbased input systems. There is even a Chinese word for it: “tibiwangzi”, or “take pen, forget character”. A poll commissioned by the China Youth Daily in April found that 83 percent of the 2,072 respondents admitted having problems

writing characters. As a result, Li says that she has become almost dependent on her phone. “When I can’t remember, I will take out my cellphone and find it (the character) and then copy it down,” she says. Zeng Ming, 22, from the southern Guangdong province, says: “I think it’s a young people’s problem, or at least a computer users’ problem.” One notoriously forgettable character, Zeng says, is used in the word Tao Tie — a legendary Chinese monster that was so greedy it ate itself. Still used as a byword for gluttony, the Tao Tie is one of many ancient Chinese concepts embedded in the language. “It’s like you’re forgetting your culture,” Zeng says. Character amnesia happens be-

cause most Chinese people use electronic input systems based on pinyin, which translates Chinese characters into the Roman alphabet. The user enters each word using pinyin, and the device offers a menu of characters that match. So users must recognise the character, but they don’t need to be able to write it. In Japan, where three writing systems are combined into one, mobiles and computers use the simpler hiragana and katakana scripts for inputting — meaning users may forget the kanji, a third strand of Japanese writing similar to Chinese characters. “We rely too much on the conversion function on our phones and PCs,” said Ayumi Kawamoto, 23, shopping in Tokyo’s upscale Ginza district. “I’ve mostly forgotten characters I learned in middle and high school and I tend to forget the characters I only occasionally use.” Tokyo student Maya Kato, 22, said: “I hardly hand-write anymore, which is the main reason why I have forgotten so many characters.

They predicted Thursday that as many as 40 new plant and animal species may have been discovered during the three-week expedition that ended Aug. 14. More than 100 hours of video and 100,000 photographs, captured using a robotic vehicle with high-definition cameras, were piped to shore in real-time by satellite and high-speed Internet. Verena Tunnicliffe, a professor at the University of Victoria in Canada, said the images provided an extraordinary glimpse into one of the globe’s most complex and little-known marine ecosystems. “Stalked sea lilies once covered the ocean, shallow and deep, but now are rare,” she said in a written statement. “I’ve only seen a few in my career. But on this expedition, I was amazed to see

them in great diversity.” Likewise, Tunnicliffe has also seen sea spiders before, but those were tiny in comparison, all around one-inch (2.5 centimeters) long: “The sea spiders ... on this mission were huge. Eight-inches (20-centimeters) or more across.” One animal captured on video looks like a flower, covered with glasslike needles, but scientists think it is probably a carnivorous sponge. The spikes, covered with sticky tissue, appear to capture food as it passes by. Scientists used powerful sonar mapping system and the robotic vehicle to explore nearly 21,000 square miles (54,000 sq. kilometers) of sea floor off northern Indonesia, at depths ranging from 800 feet (240 meters) to over two miles (1.6 kilometers). The mission was carried out by the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s ship, the Okeanos Explorer. An Indonesian vessel, the Baruna Jaya IV, also took part, collecting specimens that, together with all rights for future use, will remain in the country. Confirmation that a species is new involves a scientific peer review and other steps and can take years.

TOKYO – Sony Corp. is working on 3-D televisions that don’t need special glasses, joining a race with rival Toshiba Corp., but sees cost and technological hurdles to overcome before they can go on sale. Toshiba said earlier this week it is working on glasses-free 3-D TVs, although no decision had been made on when they will go on sale. Mainstream 3-D TVs now on sale, such as those from Panasonic

Corp. and Sony Corp., require glasses. But there are already screens that don’t require glasses, mainly intended for store displays. They require the viewer to stand in specific spots for the 3-D effect to emerge, and the image quality is much lower than that of screens using glasses. “Seeing 3-D without glasses is more convenient,” Sony Senior Vice President Yoshihisa Ishida said Thursday at Tokyo headquarters. “We must take account of pricing before we can think about when to start offering them.”

Sony showed its latest 3-D products for the Japanese market, including flat-panel TVs and Bluray recorders. Sony said it plans to be No. 1 in market share in Japan in 3-D TVs and 3-D players and recorders, taking advantage of its position as an electronics maker with a movie studio. Sony said it will start selling in Japan next month two films and two music videos in 3-D, and planned home software of 3-D theater releases, including a 3-D “Spider-Man” opening in 2012.

BERLIN – Germany midfielder Michael Ballack is set to be dropped by national coach Joachim Loew for next month’s Euro 2012 qualifiers, according to reports in the German media on Thursday. The 33-year-old is still working his way back to fitness after suffering an ankle injury in May which ruled him out of last month’s World Cup, but German magazine Kicker says Loew believes he is still short of match fitness. Loew will name his squad on Friday for the qualifiers against Belgium and Azerbaijan and if Ballack is not selected, Bayern Munich defender Philipp Lahm is likely to retain the captaincy having led Germany to third at the World Cup. Loew was in Dortmund last Sunday to see Ballack make his first appearance back in the Bundesliga after four years in the Premier League with Chelsea as his side Leverkusen beat Dortmund 2-0. The national coach has always said he will only select players in peak condition and with Germany facing Belgium in Brussels on September 3 and Azerbaijan in Cologne on September 7, Ballack is out of time, claims Kicker. After his injury, Ballack only returned to training at the start of August and has played only a Bundesliga and Europa League match. He will miss Thursday’s return leg clash against Ukrainians Simferopol in the Europa League with Bayer holding a 3-0 lead as he continues to work on his fitness.

ROME - Inter Milan coach Rafael Benitez has hit back at his predecessor Jose Mourinho’s jibes in a videochat with the club’s fans. Mourinho has previously claimed that Benitez, the former Liverpool and Valencia boss, will have an easy job having inherited his own treble-winning team. But Benitez retorted that the new Real Madrid coach also took over a winning side when he arrived in Italy. NEW HAVEN - Top seed Marcos Baghdatis bounced back to beat Argentina’s Juan Ignacio Chela 1-6, 6-3, 6-2 Wednesday to reach the quarter-finals of the Pilot Pen US Open hardcourt tune-up. The Cypriot, who lost all three of his service games in the first set, rallied and broke Chela’s serve four times in the final two sets. Baghdatis, ranked 18th in the world, has now reached the quarter-finals in four of his five starts in the US Open series of events leading up to the final Grand Slam of the year, which starts on Monday in New York. ATHENS - Eric Gordon scored 18 points, Kevin Durant added 15 and Derrick Rose chipped in with 11 to spark the United States to a 87-59 romp over Greece Wednesday in an exhibition game ahead of the World Basketball Championships. The Greek team was led by Kostas Tsartsaris who scored 24 points and was the only double figure scorer for the hosts. Greece took a 2-0 lead but the Americans rallied to take a 11-4 advance and never lost the lead from there. The Americans led at half-time 42-32 and built up the lead to 68-44 after the third quarter when they outscored the Greeks 26-12 who were plagued with 25 turnovers in the contest watched by about 12,000 spectators at the Athens Indoor Olympic Stadium. Both squads depart for Turkey on Thursday to participate in the world championships which open this weekend. The Americans have not won the world crown since 1994 at Toronto, sending a nonNBA squad to Greece in 1998 due to a labor dispute and stumbling on home soil at Indianapolis in 2002 in the first losses by NBA talent on a global stage ahead of a bronze-medal showing at the 2004 Athens Olympics. Those humiliations led to a revamping of the US national team program ahead of the 2008 worlds in Japan, where the Americans lost to Greece in a semi-final and settled for third before reclaiming Olympic gold in 2008 at Beijing.

COPENHAGEN – WBC supermiddleweight champion Mikkel Kessler of Denmark has withdrawn from the Super-Six World Boxing Classic tournament because of an eye injury, his German promoter announced Wednesday. Kessler was to fight American Allan Green on September 25 in Denmark for his third and final bout in the round-robin tournament that brings together the best WBA and WBC super-middleweight boxers.

The Dane lost his first fight against American Andre Ward in November 2009 before claiming the WBC title from Briton Carl Froch in April this year. Promoter Kalle Sauerland said Kessler, who will be replaced in the Super-Six, will be out of action for nine months. The other boxers involved in the tournament are Germany’s Arthur Abraham, Froch and the American trio of Green, Ward and Andre Dirrell. The top four will go on to fight in next year’s world title playoffs.

Dovizioso’s manager, Simone Battistella says Honda has proposed moving him to the Gresini team, but the Italian is determined to keep his place at HRT. “I think it would make sense to carry on for another year with the

“We have the option to run it or not [at Monza],” Neale said. “At the moment we’re just looking at all the options. We’ll watch carefully where the end-of-straight speeds come out at Spa and make the decision in the following week.” He explained that although the Fduct gives a straightline speed advantage, the team is unsure at the moment whether the gain on such a low downforce circuit will offset the compromises of running the device. “It all depends on where you want to be for total aero efficiency,” he said. “There tends to be a herd instinct in Formula 1 of where the downforce and end-of-straight speeds are set. “Other teams have F-ducts and are performing well in straightline speed. If we think there’s an advantage from it, we’ll run it. If taking

the weight of running it out and making the rear wing more efficient is effective, we’ll do it. But it’s all just fine tuning, it doesn’t make a big enough difference to win or lose you a race.” Neale added that McLaren is no closer to understanding the situation with the flexi-wings of Red Bull and Ferrari. “I’ve seen the footage and we can’t explain why those cars operate in the way they do,” Neale said. “We’ve spent a lot of time looking very hard at the cars, but it’s just speculation on our part. It’s a discussion for the FIA and those teams to have. “We presume that because Charlie [Whiting, FIA race director] has issued a clarification for the coming races, there was an issue. We’re all working with the FIA on it.”
