How Meditation Leads to Effective Action
TOBY SOLA Tuition $590 ($530 Members)

Then, focus on exercises that integrate mindfulness into everyday experiences such as being trustworthy in relationships, core values, and your career.

Through lectures, guided meditation, question-and-answer sessions, time in nature, and more, you leave this retreat with friendships based on shared values and growth.
Workshop begins Sunday at 7:30 p.m. and has extended evening sessions.

• Exchange greetings and communicate your intentions
• Obser ve herd interactions
• Ask for space without creating fear or disconnection
• Support a horse that is uncomfortable or nervous
• Invite a horse to walk and/or rest with you
We also spend time on Omega's campus, where Jenn leads a combination of mindfulness practices, gentle movement, journaling, and group discussion.
No experience with horses or mindfulness is necessary for this workshop, which is a non-riding retreat. Workshop begins Sunday at 7:30 p.m.

ASHA NAYASWAMI Tuition $400 ($360 Members)
The world is shifting in ways that challenge us to find new strength and deeper meaning. In this retreat, Asha Nayaswami shares insights to help us meet these times with clarity and courage.

Drawing from Yogananda’s wisdom and his book, Autobiography of a Yogi, Asha offers a framework for understanding change not as chaos, but as a call to awaken higher consciousness. Through spiritual discussion, uplifting music, and practical guidance, we learn how to steady the heart, expand awareness, and cultivate joy even in uncertainty. This weekend is for anyone seeking tools to live with greater purpose and resilience, whether new to Yogananda’s teachings or familiar with his path.
Asha Nayaswami spent 45 years working closely with her teacher, Swami Kriyananda, a direct disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda.
