With over 20 years of business experience and a background in Economics from the University of Bristol, Jamil Virjee joins EO Kenya as the founder of Coat It Limited, a specialist distributor in the automotive and powder coating industry established in 2023.

Coat It Ltd is focused on delivering high-quality coating solutions for professional and industrial applications, partnering with trusted manufacturers to ensure durability, performance, and premium finishes for its customers.

Beyond business, Jamil is a family man with two children and enjoys watching sports and playing the occasional game of tennis.

Henil Shah

Chester Insurance Brokers Ltd

Henil Shah is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and entrepreneur with expertise spanning Law and International Business. As Chief Operating Officer of Chester Insurance Brokers Ltd, a family business established in 1998, Henil plays a key role in leading operations and strategic growth.

Henil is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Salus Wealth Management Ltd, where he drives business development and client partnerships in the wealth management space.

Outside the boardroom, Henil is an avid golfer, sports enthusiast, and passionate advocate for community service. Above all, he values quality time with his family.

F&S Scientific Ltd

Born and raised in Kenya, Shivam Shah brings an impressive blend of international exposure and entrepreneurial drive to EO Kenya. After studying and working abroad, Shivam returned home to join F&S Scientific, a family-founded business with over 30 years of experience distributing laboratory and biotechnology solutions across East Africa.

Having started his career in Investment Banking, Shivam now serves as Director at F&S Scientific, overseeing Supply Chain and Finance while helping drive the company’s continued growth and innovation.

Outside of work, Shivam enjoys playing the piano, travelling, reading, personal development, staying active, and playing golf.

Please join us in giving Jamil, Henil, and Shivam a very warm welcome to EO Kenya. We look forward to learning from their experiences and growing together as a community of entrepreneurs.

An Event for the Record Books

It is hard to believe --- more than a month has passed since we bid farewell to each other during EO’s 2026 Global Leadership Conference (GLC) in Dublin, Ireland from 15–17 April 2026.

With more than 2,100 attendees from all around the world, this special event became our first sold-out GLC. EO members also set a new Guinness World Record™ !
